  • Biscayne Seaglass is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in the gated Biscayne subdivision. With over 2700 square feet, this house is perfect for 2-3 families and sleeps 12 comfortably. You'll love the gorgeous views from both the furnished front deck, and the more private back deck on a canal.

    The spacious living area has lovely coastal decor and comfortable seating, and a large screen TV for those movie nights. This is open to a dining area and large kitchen. You'll find all the cookware, appliances, and prep space you need to cook and serve meals for your whole group, as well as plenty of seating at the granite island. You'll also like the convenient washer and dryer on the premises.

    The primary bedroom features a king bed with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two also has one king; bedroom three features a queen and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom. The final bedroom is a perfect separate space for the kids! There is a queen bed and 3 futons - providing a seating area by day and extra sleeping accommodations at night. The room also has a table for games. All bedrooms have TVs, and the house is equipped with high speed internet for your devices and streaming convenience.

    In addition to two upstairs decks, there is a terrific entertaining area downstairs. Enjoy the built-in bar with stools and extra seating, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table. The outdoor sand shower is also a must after a day spent on the beach!

    No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
    The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The house itself was beautiful, but the location made it stunning. There was so much room for our party of 14 (including 3 kids under 6) everything was perfect! We will be back again!!

Wonderful Beach House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to rent this beautiful beach house. It is the perfect size and layout for my family, my brother’s family and our parents. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The four cousins loved sharing the upstairs bedroom! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the front and back decks every morning and evening, and spending our days at the beach, which is just a short walk away. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to hang some hooks in all the bathrooms for towels, damp swimsuits, etc. There are not any towel hangers (including one for a hand towel) in the bathroom shared between the two bedrooms, so the 4 people sharing that bathroom didn’t have anywhere to hang their towels. Other than that, this house is perfect! We are looking forward to coming back again next year! A loyalty discount for repeat guests would be amazing!

Our Favorite Getaway Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this home 2 years in a row for our annual "Framily" vacation and we absolutely love it. We have 3 families that come from Houston to stay and the layout is perfect. The kids LOVE the upstairs playroom/bedroom! The pantry was unlocked last year making it easier for us to store the foods we brought, but this year it was locked so we had to store the food in the laundry room. Other than that it had everything we needed. The property is serene and we haven't had any issues in this neighborhood. It is a bit of a walk from the house to the beach, but rent a golf cart and it makes things so much easier...plus the kids love going for rides on the beach!

Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to rent a beach house for a week with another family prior to the kids going back to school. We had 4 adults and 5 kids so we were looking for a house that offered two king size beds and a kids space. Biscayne Seaglass was the perfect find! Great location with views of both the beach and the sunsets over the bay. The kids space is upstairs and it’s massive. They loved having their own space and so did we! The only thing the cabin was missing which we ended up purchasing ourselves was a broom and dustpan and salt and pepper shakers. The coffee pot is designed to accommodate k-cups but it was missing a piece. We ended up having to cut the k-cups open and dispensing the coffee directly into the plastic cup. The coffee turned out fine but it was annoying to have to clean the grinds out after every use. They also need hooks in the bathrooms so you can hang up your towels. We ended up having to hang towels on the doors, in the closet and over the shower curtain. When we arrived the floors were pretty sandy and not having a broom was disappointing so we ran out and purchased one. We also found 2 empty water bottles behind one of the bedside tables which must have been overlooked by the cleaning crew. None of these things would deter us from renting this house again. It s a beautiful cabin and met all of our needs. We will definitely rent Seaglass again next year as soon as we decide on a date!

The Perfect getaway

We had plenty of room for 3 families to sleep and live comfortably together. The kids all slept upstairs and had their own bathroom - AMAZING!!The kitchen is huge so there is plenty of space to cook and eat together. We rented golf carts to take all of us to the beach and we loved having the sunset view at night. This is our 4th year renting with Swedes Real Estate and we are thrilled with their attentiveness, service and ease of booking/check in/check out every year. Thank you for allowing us to stay here and make "Framily" memories!
