  • Bee Bee's Place is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the quiet Cobb's Cove subdivision. Take a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, via private beach access. Had enough fun in the sun? Come back to the house to enjoy lunch on the deck at the high backed table and chairs, or relax on the 2 wooden rockers. And since "It's 5 O'Clock somewhere" feel free to take advantage of the bar area, complete with a Margaritaville margarita machine!

    The large, open living area features plush seating for everyone, and is open to a roomy dining table and modern kitchen. Coffee drinkers will enjoy both the Keurig and standard drip coffee pots. Want to cook a family meal? The well-furnished kitchen with modern appliances and a large island/prep area is great for cooking and serving.

    And when it's time to wind over 2000 square feet Bee Bee's Place sleeps 10 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, which includes a separate bath tub and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom three features a queen bed, and bedroom four offers 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds with TV. A Jack & Jill bathroom is shared between rooms 3 and 4. High speed internet and an on-site washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

    Downstairs features ample parking, plus a charcoal grill and double-sized picnic table for entertaining. And the outdoor shower is the perfect place to wash the sand away. You'll want to visit Bee Bee's over and over!

    No pets allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
    The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is nice. The furniture could be cleaned after the summer renters. Having the refrigerator door full of the owners food was not leaving much space for our family who cooks every day and brings in our supplies. The beach time was great and having all the showers was a benefit. Having a few more coat hangers would be help ful in being organize and feeling neat.

Reviewer Comments: The property it self is great the house is nice good location the biggest downfall is the rooms don’t properly cool the living room stays cold but the rooms stay very warm at all times. Also it is rather frustrating be aware before booking with Swede’s that you will have additional cost to stay you have to pay several hundred dollars after you book to get all beddin, bath, and kitchen towels. Also they don’t provide toilet paper.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A RENTAL COMPANY EVER. THIS HOUSE HAD NO AC AND COULD NOT BE FIXED FOR 5 DAYS AFTER OUR ARRIVAL. WE HAD TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER HOUSE WHICH WE APPRECIATED BUT IT WAS SMALLER AND FAR AWAY FROM FAMILY. SWEDES DID NOT EVEN HELP US MOVE OUR LUGGAGE TO NEW PLACE AFTER WE HAD ALREADY MOVED IT IN TO THIS HOUSE. I WOULD NOT REFER SWEDES TO ANYONE FOR SURE. NEVER EVEN CALLED TO CHECK AND SEE HOW NEW HOUSE WAS AND REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND FOR SMALLER HOUSE AND INCONVENIENCE CAUSED!!!

Tons of space

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 10 adults and room for everyone. Easy walk to the beach. The only thing that was weird was having to bring our own linens. We also didn’t know that meant towels. We only had our beach towels, so we had to go buy more. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

FABULOUS!

We stayed at Bee Bee's place for a family & friends vacation, and it was perfect! The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, you can see the beach from the front deck of the house! The house was clean and exactly as described, and absolutely perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids, ranging from 11 - 16. We couldn't have been happier, and we will be back!
