Welcome to your beachside paradise! Emerald By The Sea is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pet friendly home just steps from the beach.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living space, complete with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing your favorite meals.

The master bedroom boasts its own private balcony overlooking the beach, a plush king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with an extra large tub.
The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable full sized bed, while the third bedroom has two bunk beds that can comfortably sleep four guests.

Spend your days lounging on the sunny outdoor deck or post up on the beach with a cooler and your favorite tunes. After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax while you catch the beautiful Bolivar sunset.

The beach house also comes with a range of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Including private Wi-Fi to stay connected with loved ones back home, or unwind with your favorite movies and shows on the large flat-screen TV. For your convenience, there is also a work station in the master suite that includes a desk and chair, as well as a monitor, mouse and keyboard all hooked up to a laptop docking station. The home also includes a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and always have fresh clothes on hand. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils to cook from home and is equipped with modern appliances.

Emerald By The Sea is also a pet friendly home. With pre-approval and an additional fee, you can bring your beloved companions along for the ride.

Spacious House, well stocked.

There has been a house built directly in front of this house. There were some maintenance/cleaning issues that owner says he will address with his managing company. Overall, you wont be disappointed

Relaxing and comfortable stay

We arrived to a very well stocked and clean home. We had guests come and go throughout our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We only had to bring our food and drinks. Lovely front row seats to the ocean! Beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very cool. Out door furniture was ample and comfortable. We will return!

Perfect!!!!

If you want a premier spot on Crystal Beach-this is your place!!! The house had everything we needed plus some! Excellent location! Beautiful open views to enjoy the ocean! Plenty of room for friends and family! Will 100% stay here again and can’t wait to come back!

Vacay with grandbabes

Would highly recommend. Location to the beach was great with amazing views. House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. Very short distance to grocery store and restaurants. Only thing I would recommend is bring plenty of bug spray because the mosquitoes ain't no joke.

Great Location & Facility

The property is across and walking distance from the beach. It is close to the Big Grocery store that functions as a grocery store, pizzeria, hardware store, and souvenir shop. Margaritaville is only a few minutes away and the service at their grill was quick and delicious. The the few negatives of the property were: the mildew smell washer and dry not fully function

Ok overall we enjoyed our stay. And thank you for sharing your house with us. However, we couldn't get the Jacuzzi jets to work and the stand up shower drains kinda slow. Beautiful house and view !

A little extra work

It took a long time to clean the floors, debug the silverware and wash all utensils and their holders, clean the dishes. Some carpet not vacuumed. There was no stock pot and a lot of basic utensils were missing - such as a grater. The outside grill was dirty. Perhaps an oversight on my part but I thought there would be two showers in stead of one in a two bath house. I had to go downstairs to the second bedroom to shower. Only a tub in master. We used the outside shower to make up the deficit. Yard man told my guest to pick up other peoples' trash in the back yard on our first day there. On check out day, when we returned to check for forgotten items, the cleaning person seemed to be doing a thorough job. We don't think that kind of cleaning occurred before our stay. Great location and view.

Wonderful Beach House

My family and I stayed at the Emerald for 4th of July this year and had a wonderful time. This house was very clean, had any and everything you needed for your stay. You are right on the beach and it is such a beautiful view to wake up to. Walker was always available if I had any questions about the home. We will be booking again at the Emerald!! Book this home and you will enjoy every bit of it!!

Great beach house

This place was great, it has plenty of dishes, regular coffee pot and a Keurig. It has a small charcoal grill that's brand new. The house is right on the beach with a big balcony for everyone and a small one outside the master bedroom. The bathroom in master bedroom is a jacuzzi tub. We had a problem with digital lock but Walker was quick to answer call and resolve the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be on the beach.

Great ocean view

The property manger communicated well. Kitchen had everything to cook with even spices if you need them. Stars… for cleanliness. The sheets were clean! But definitely the cleaning crew could pay more attention to the details in the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, great beach access and views of the ocean.
