The listing pictures are accurate. The house is beautiful and spacious. The property is easy to find. There are many stores and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The beach view from the deck is gorgeous with no obstructions.

Beach getaway

This house was perfect for our family of four. So close to the beach! You don't have to haul the whole house because it is so easy to pop back over to the house. Very clean. Property manager was very responsive.

I’d give the property a 9.5 out of 10. The location is great, the house has everything you need, and view is amazing. The only thing I can say negative is, I wish the beds would have been a little better.

Cleanliness

The cabin is wonderful as well as the location! The only problem was the cleanliness of the cabin. The cleaning service has definitely dropped the ball on a wonderful place!! The rugs were soiled with dog urine and poop. Still wet from previous guests. The floors had not been vacuumed or mopped in a while. I rented the house because of the size, location, and stating that no pets were allowed. False! Dogs had been in the property before our arrival. I would recommend this cabin if more attention was placed on cleanliness!!

Fabulous Fourth

We totally enjoyed staying in this beachfront home with 2 primary bedrooms and plenty of space for entertaining. We were in Crystal Beach for a family reunion (50+ people). It was great to see everyone and the nightly entertainment of fireworks viewed from the deck was awesome. We had some issues with the internet and AC, but the management company got them resolved fairly quickly. We would stay here again!

Cabin was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Great view, nice layout, with large living area and kitchen for everyone to enjoy. Walkway over dunes is right next to cabin. Sandpiper addition is very safe and relatively quiet, for a beach weekend.

The house and location were perfect. We had a great stay after getting over the rudeness of the concierge. The cleanliness of the home was not up to par, the showers had mold. We were unaware that we were only allowed 1 towel per person and had to wash everyday. We were unaware that you had to make prior arrangements to use the lift. That should be noted in the description of the house.

This beach house is by far one of the best beach houses. I’ve stayed in on Crystal Beach! Very clean, decorated beautifully, the best views, private walkway, anything and everything you could ask for in a beach house. Kim was so very accommodating and helpful for ideas and recommendations during our stay! Look no further guys this is the one!

Cozy Cottage on The Gulf

My husband and I loved our little cottage on the Gulf! Two spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a well laid out living and dining area made everything so convenient and very intimate. Two refrigerator-freezers in the kitchen was fantastic! And empty space in the cabinets was a dream come true! COZY AND SPACIOUS at the same time. Absolutely Wonderful! The beach and views were truly worth spending as much time as we could outside too.

Best Location / Home in Crystal Beach

Our family absolutely loved this house. Beach was literally footsteps away from our house. Amenities were very well thought out and everything you need was at your fingertips without having to go to the store. House was clean, beds were comfortable and sunrise and sunsets were priceless. This is a must stay!!

The location was perfect. Great veiw easy access to the beach. Down side was cleanliness. Wall were dirty, couches stained. Grill completely nasty. No cleaning products other than dish soap.

Great Location!!

Great location! King beds comfy but pullout sofa bed was rough...a little deeper clean prior to arrival would've been nice but nothing too bad. Loved the deck and yard! We had a blast!

Perfect!!!

This was the perfect house! Front row and right by the beach access. We had 2 teenagers with us so we could stay on the deck with a full, perfect view of the beach and they could go on the beach and hang out without us right by their side. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Will definitely stay at this precious pink house again!
