  • Conveniente ubicación entre Port Angeles y Sequim y a unos cientos de pies de ODT (Olympic Discovery Trail). Gran casa duerme 4-5 en 1 acre con agua y vistas a la montaña y un gran estanque. Impresionantes puestas de sol al amanecer. Propiedad hogar de gran variedad de anfibios y aves locales. Todas las habitaciones están en el segundo piso. El propietario también reside en el local, en un barrio separado.
    Muy cerca de Dungeness Spit, Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, Lake Sutherland, Elwha River, con miles de millas de senderos para bicicletas y senderismo.

The base camp is a good location on the Peninsula, with a beautiful segment of the ODT just a couple blocks away. The host was welcoming and accommodating, and the room and bathroom were clean and had necessary supplies. Be aware there is not a kitchen or dining room- this is a bedroom, bathroom and hallway with coffee maker, mugs, silverware. There is a yard and we enjoyed a gorgeous sunset and ducks wandering about. I would bring chairs so you can have a private spot in the yard.

We enjoyed our stay at Lin and Paul’s place in Port Angeles. It was clean and comfy after lots of driving and traveling. The location was nice as it was close to the visitors’ center/entrance to Olympic NP. Lin and Paul were very kind and welcoming people. I enjoyed a short chat with them on our second/last night. We did wish that a refrigerator and toaster were in the unit, but otherwise, it was a good place to land for a couple of days. Thanks to you both!!

Excellent stay

Lin and Paul are grest hosts. Nice cozy place. You cannot go wrong with this if you are visiting Port Angeles or Olympic national park.

Great Olympic Getaway

We had a great time touring Olympic park with this property as our base camp. Lin absolutely went "over and above" in helping us orient to the property and the area. Would gladly stay in this property again without hesitation!

The perfect base camp

Wonderful experience. Lin and Paul are terrific hosts -- the property was clean, comfortable, quiet and private. And Olympic NP, the Port Angeles waterfront (as well as the ferry to Victoria, BC), Sequim, Dungeness.. all within a short drive. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful, clean and plenty of room. Close to hurricane ridge! Linn and Paul were fabulous. Our 9 yr. Old didnt want to leave! Would definitely return here!

The room was clean. You're basically sharing a portion of Lin and Paul's house. They're very sweet and will try to come greet you when you arrive. They're very kind and helpful, so you can discuss your plans with them. When I arrived, they were preparing dinner, so they asked me to join in for a meal with their family. I also got treated to freshly picked apples and the best and juiciest plums I've ever had. I recommending planning a relaxed longer trip so you can enjoy the experience and can also maybe make new friends here! :) I definitely recommend staying here. If you have kids, they may enjoy exploring the land. The area is beautiful and safe, it serves as a good base camp for exploring Olympic National Park. If you plan a leisure trip, you can also explore a lot of hidden gems right in the area! They have only one room now but plan on expanding next year.

Spacious Guest House

This property was a great base for our time in the Olympic peninsula. It is close to Port Angeles, which is convenient for grocery shopping and entrance into Olympic National Park. Lin was a very gracious and friendly host, answering all questions promptly. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom are nice big spaces. The second bedroom is a little small, but our kids didn't seem to mind. We had a nice time here.

We had a wonderful stay!

Lin and Paul were great hosts . My kids enjoyed looking for frogs in their backyard. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and the beds were comfortable. The location is a good home base for visiting Olympic National Park. We would recommend this place to our friends. Thanks for sharing your house Lin and Paul! Ashley

The setting was stunning! It felt like such a safe and soothing home away from home. What I was looking for was close access to the Olympic Discovery Trail and a safe place to keep my bike. The trail is literally just down the hill so I had two days of very nice rides. The property has beautiful sunsets, fruit trees and places to relax and explore. Paul and Lin were so warm and welcoming and willing to share their vast knowledge of the area. Will definitely be back staying here whenever I am in the area.

Great Place

We very much enjoyed staying at Lin and Paul's. The VRBO space is the upper floor of their home - separate entrance, no shared spaces with them. We never actually saw Lin and Paul, but text communication was easy and almost immediate through the VRBO app. The well-equipped kitchen has a very large island and lots of storage with great appliances. There is a dining area, a comfy living room, and a half-bath down the hall. Beyond that is a very large master bedroom with en suite bath, and a smaller second bedroom with a bunk bed that's a double below and a single above, Wifi worked just fine. Check in and out were as easy as could possibly be. The property is just out of town and we saw deer while there. Nice spot!

A gateway to Olympic National Park

The location is very convenient for day trips into the Olympic National Park. There are several options in the northern and western parts of the park. Port Angeles is a charming port town with convenient shopping and very good dining options. The hosts are super friendly and accomodating. The house is very roomy and neighborhood quiet. We saw dear around the property every morning.

A beautiful place

Comfy and Fun

We really felt at home. It was so comfortable and well equipped. Our kids had so much fun with the various games, books, and trampoline. They wished we could stay longer!! Thank you, Paul and Lin!

Our Fun Stay

We had a great experience staying at this location. The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly, and helped made us feel right at home. Such a great location if you are looking to hike around the Olympic forest! We would definitely go back & stay there again!
