"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria Galilee! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth, friendliness, and truly personal service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and their genuine hospitality made our stay especially enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit different tastes. Everything was delicious, and the variety made starting each morning a real pleasure. What truly sets...

"The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. "The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the sea. The bed was comfortable and had a great two nights of sleep. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of variety. The promenade was walking distance and convenient. The GM and Kim front desk manager were very good and helpful. Our tour guide had an accident and had to cancel one room on the first day. The hotel were very kind and forgave the charge for the first day and gave me a further discount for the second day. They did not...
