Beautiful, quietly situated vacation home with three apartments and pool

Our vacation house, built in 2000, is located in the settlement of Kukci, a quiet suburb of Porec, and has a total for 3 fully equipped apartments with bedroom, kitchen, shower / WC and terrace (you do not need bed linen or towels). Apartment 3 has a covered terrace and is about 40 square meters . It can accommodate three people, some of our regular guests also travel with two children who can sleep on the 140x200 cm sofa bed. Basically, however, the apartment is perfect for 2 adults with a maximum of one child. A TV with satellite reception is available. Parking is available on the property within the complex. The large garden with pool and our barbecue area invite you to enjoy your vacation.
In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket with a bakery and a bar, which can be reached in a few minutes walk.
Highly recommended is the restaurant "Marina", which is also located in the village within walking distance.
Besides Porec has numerous quiet or lively beaches, all can be reached in a few minutes by car or bicycle, so that both older people and families with children as well as younger people get their money's worth. Furthermore, you can choose from a very wide cultural, culinary and sporting offer, so nothing stands in the way of a versatile vacation that leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to Porec's very good transport connections, you can also explore all the inviting historic towns and the beautiful, green hilly to mountainous hinterland of Istria, which is also known as the Tuscany of Croatia due to the similarity of the landscape.
Especially in the off-season, Istria has become a popular destination for bicycle tourists due to its well-developed network of paths.
We, Andreas and Martina Muha with our three children, living in Starnberg, would be very happy to welcome you as guests in our house and are of course available for any questions and suggestions.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungsanlage

Die Ferienwohnung bestand aus drei Wohnungen und einer Hauptwohnung des Vermieters. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön, vor allem der tolle Poolbereich. Wir hatten die sehr kleine Erdgeschosswohnung (max. für 2 Personen geeignet) !! Leider war der Küchenbereich, die Schubladen und Aufbewahrungfächer nicht richtig sauber. Der Rest war Top. Die Autos konnten auf dem Grundstück parken. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Fußläufig (200 mtr.) gab es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft (morgens mit frischen Brötchen) und auch ein sehr schönes Restaurant (Preiswert und lecker) mit sehr freundlichen Personal.

This is a very beautiful estate, in a very good shape. It is a nice area and Porec is a nice city with a very good infrastructure. We have enjoyed our vacation a lot.

Nette kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist schön angelegt. Vor allem der Pool ist sehr praktisch, da es bis zum nächsten Strand doch was weiter ist. Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist ein kleiner Shop, in dem man alles bekommt, was man so braucht. Außerdem ist daneben eine kleine Kneipe. Auch ein Restaurant ist in der Nähe. Für alles andere ist man schon sehr auf Auto etc. angewiesen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool. Die Vermieter waren zur Zeit auch anwesend und sind sehr freundlich. Ein leckeres Restaurant und einer Tante Emma Laden gibt es in laufnähe. Zu den Stränden fährt man ca 4 km mit dem Auto. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist in ca 2 km zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Tolle Lage und schöner Garten

Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit tollem gepflegtem Garten und einem schönen kleinen Pool. Im Garten gibts auch noch ein kleines Poolhaus mit WC und einen gepflegten Grillplatz. Das Appartement ist klein, aber ausreichend für 2 Personen und genauso wie abgebildet. Für 3 Personen wäre es uns zu klein gewesen, da die Couch in der Küche steht. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern per Mail lief super und auch die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen und fußläufig gibt es ebenfalls ein leckeres Restaurant.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung zu einem fairen Preis. Alle Angaben vom Vermieter entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Wir haben alles sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Die Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgte durch die freundliche, einheimische "Hausmeisterin". Die Vermieter haben wir ebenfalls kennengelernt: Nette, zugängliche Leute mit denen sicherlich auch dieser oder jener Sonderwunsch (wie zum Beispiel das Aufstellen eines Kinderbettes) zu besprechen ist. Mit gutem Gewissen würden wir dieses Feriendomizil unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen. Empfehlenswertes in der Umgebung: ein Ausflug mit dem Moterschiff nach Rovinj (Start vom Hafen Porec), ein Ausflug nach Groznjan (ein altes, von Künstlern bewohntes und saniertes Bergdorf, ca.25km von Porec) und natütlich die wunderschöne Altstadt von Porec. Nochmals vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Olaf, Ines und Alica aus Bernburg.
