"The staff was helpful. We checked in extremely late and they were kind. The rooms were great, but there were a few issues. They were clean, however, the body wash was empty when we arrived and there was a nail from the carpet tack strip that was protruding from the floor, not enough to cause injury but enough to be noticeable. The breakfast tasted amazing. They had a limited menu you could order from and a few Starbucks drinks."

"We made a reservation with this hotel through Expedia and when we arrived they claimed our booking was cancelled. We didn't get any notification of this and it was past 10:00pm. I called earlier in the day to confirm our booking. We later found out an employee working earlier in the day attempted to charge our card (unauthorized) and check us in before we arrived. We reserved a book now pay at the property room. The night shift worker was very helpful with at least recommending another hotel...

"The property is very nice. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and grocery store for snacks vs gas station snacks. We stayed 4 nights/5 days, the TV/cable service only worked the first night we were there. I called front desk and they assured me service would be available on 4/25 by 3pm. We had to use our cell phones to watch shows which was very annoying. Our key cards would not allow us access to the pool even after we addressed the issue with front desk. The ladies servicing the breakfast...

"They moved us after first room smelled like wet dog. Second room someone had a bowel movement in toilet and it was there when we went in the room. Subpar and staff offered no discount. It was ok."

"They ran out of regular coffee for the included breakfast and the sausage could be cooked a little more for my liking, and the boiled eggs could not be peeled without wasting a lot of the egg. Everything else was acceptable. "

"Very clean room Staff was grate. Breakfast was grate other then getting charge 2 time for one Breakfast told this staff that I calt it that night . He was very nice he gave me a coffee I told him it was the girl that worked the day before. He told me to call my bank and they will take care of it. Me and my husband in joyed every thing. Grate place love it."

"Honestly always stay here and it’s usually great but this past visit the room cleaning got done once in 7 days I would call for towels. Toilet paper and it would be hours till I recieved some. "
