Fun & Relaxing!

My family & I had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. We enjoyed the hot tub, cooking meals & eating together, playing ping-pong & pool & watching movies. All of the spaces were roomy & comfortable. Host was excellent with communication.

Thanksgiving Stay

The owners were extremely accommodating which allowed us to thoroughly enjoy their property, home and Thanksgiving holiday. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Sitting on the deck chairs at the foot of the stream, watching the sun come up is a must do at this gorgeous property.

Great Retreat!

I stayed here with my family (including 2 small children) and we all loved the property. The house was very well-appointed with comfortable furniture and super comfy beds! Everything inside was very clean and well-maintained. You can tell from the moment you step inside that this place is cared for. Having all linens (including pool towels!) provided was a great bonus. The rest of the property was just as great. We loved the saltwater pool and the hot tub, and the kids loved playing in the creek that runs through the grounds. It was too hot for a fire the weekend we were there, but there was a large fire pit and seating area with wood provided, and a fireplace on the patio. Definitely recommend this place! My son already wants to go back.

Perfect winter weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our long winter weekend at the farmhouse! The well-appointed house was very clean and despite its size, was warm and cozy. Large kitchen was perfect for meals and just hanging out. We spent alot of time outside, walking around the property, playing w the dog in the snow, and enjoying drinks on the porch by the fire table. Allen our host was very responsive although communication was minimal and unnecessary. Would definitely consider another weekend in the future. Beautiful property.

One word: Perfect!

This property was above all our expectations. We had actually lined up other arrangements but they fell through at the last minute and now, I am so glad that they did. I reached out to Allen and he responded with in minutes and told us we could come right over. We showed up and the cleaning person was there tidying up. She was a delight to talk to and was so welcoming. The house was immaculate! The location is so calming and peaceful as it sits way back off the road. There is a lot of property and a nice lane that we walked our three dogs on. They loved all the open air and new smells. Every aspect of the house was comfortable…from the beds, to the couch and chairs in the living room, to the kitchen table. I have always felt a bit out of place when we rent homes as it is someone else’s home but this time was way different. This felt like home. Allen even checked in on us mid stay to see how we were doing. I have never had that happen before and I could not say enough nice things to him about our stay in my message back to him. As much of our family lives in PA, this is going to be our go to house for every visit going forward. Thank you Allen!

Fantastic stay in the Skook

My wife and I, along with our two dogs, were in the area to visit family. We booked this Creekside Farmhouse for our trip and we were delighted with our stay. This house was beautiful and spacious. Our dogs loved to open spaces to run and play. The property was just as advertised. We will definitely book another stay here our next to PA. We have already recommended the Creekside Farmhouse to our friends and family.

Picture-perfect getaway

Coming from the city for the weekend, the farmhouse was charming and comfortable with plenty of space. Everything was clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-appointed. What really impressed us was the outdoor property. Despite a very rainy Saturday, we explored the stream, the grounds immediately around the house, and the hiking trail through the woods that led to an amazing view of rolling hills. With the Fall change of leaves, our time here was spectacular and relaxing. Thanks to Allen for the very clear communication throughout.
