"I wanted to experience the Amalfi Coast from a high elevation and this location, paired with a charming hostess was wonderful. The property was clean and smelled so fresh, even down to the handsoap. Hostess made certain I had transportation from the Port of Amalfi to her home. It was expensive, $150.00 round trip, (cash only) but with luggage and not knowing exactly where I was going on a bus, was not an option - lol However, for my stay, I did use the bus, which was about $1.50 USD in each...

"We loved staying here! Lo Smeraldo is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is well designed and equipped. The property manager, Carmela, was very helpful and efficient and was instrumental in getting local transportation set up for the wedding functions that we were attending in Ravello. One of the best things about the property is the lovely outside space with the Amalfi Lemon arbors providing shade from the heat; we spent a lot of time out there....
