Beautiful Southpoint oceanfront condo unit 310 in a secure building within beach walking distance of oceanside North Turn restaurant, less than 3 miles to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and close to Daytona Beach international airport. Our fully equipped condo includes a heated pool, king size bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the guest bedroom, a pull-out sofa, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, wine glasses, and a blender. There's a television in each room along with free high-speed internet access.

Great Family Condo

The condo was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, cleaning, and beach items. The location was great. Clean beach that was great for swimming. The fireworks on the 4th of July were an added bonus! We watched them from our condo’s deck. My son also enjoyed the guitar!We were very close to Daytona for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse was a nice was to spend an afternoon!

Family vacation

The property was an older one, but clean, had an pool and right on the ocean with all you needed to enjoy time on the beach with family including beach tent & chairs. The condo had plenty of space for my wife and our 2 daughters. It also worked out well to have extended family drop in and visit. We appreciated the fast responses from the owner, Kenneth, and how accommodating Glynis in the office was providing us with extra parking passes for family who were also visiting the area. We will definitely stay there again when back in the area.

Great vacation!!

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The communication with the owner was fantastic!! Kenneth was very informative, kind, and knowledgeable. He was a guide through the rental process, and made it very easy. We had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay at this condo in the future!!

Great property in a great location. Not a lot of people surrounding the beach. Little low on cleaning supplies and had to purchase our own. Not a bad deal as it sits right on the beach with gorgeous views.

Thanksgiving at Ponce

Came from the Ohio Valley to spend the holiday at the beach. Condo was well set up for our family, plenty of space at the dinner table and seating for watching a little football. Kitchen worked well for the cooking we needed to do. Easy beach access, and spent a lot of our downtime sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Location was great, a quieter area than Daytona Beach itself but still easy access if that's what you're looking for. A perfect fit for our vacation.

Much needed family vacation

The whole process was very easy and went smoothly! The property was exactly as pictured, no surprises! There were even beach chairs and boogie boards in the condo. Thank you! The unit itself was very clean and spacious. We had 3 adults and 2 children in our group and we had plenty of space. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this unit again.
