At the entrance, there is a beautiful outdoor area with a large pool, ideal for relaxing on sunny days. In front of the house is a private garden with a furnished porch, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, complete with a small barbecue.

    The interior features a large open-concept space with a kitchen and living room, which is spacious and very comfortable. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a closet and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children or teenagers. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. 1A Lage mit Blick auf den See, Olivenhaine und Weinberge. Tolle Gastgeber mit super Kommunikation. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Truly perfect vacation: we spend 2 weeks in beautiful Picedo / Polpenazze: The house is nice, marvelous view to the lake and mountains, large enough for the 3 of us and everything (house, garden, pool) in very good and perfect clean condition. With the very hot conditions during our stay, air conditioning would have been great, but otherwise all good. Apartment belongs to a holiday apartment complex with other guests, but apparently most houses owned by Italien families and very friendly & calm, we often had the pool for ourselves. The large pool is the absolute highlight - with the hot temperatures we could profit a lot from it. Sara was a very friendly and helpful host. The village is calm, but touristic places on the lake or in the mountains easily accessible by car. In the wine & oil tree fields around the place, some nice running trails .. just the weather was really hot for running. Recommendation to see Limone, Sirmione, Bagolino, Bergamo .. Gardaland is the highlight for kids! 100% recommendation!
