"The Butler House was very homey, clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location for seeing the falls was excellent. We were able to walk to all tourist locations both in the US and Canada. Both mornings breakfast was delicious and filling. We highly recommend!"

"One of the best Hotel we stayed. Excellent breakfast! Good location. Just right beside Niagara Falls. Would definitely visit again."

"Very nice place"

"The pillows were too soft, not firm at all. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. It would have been nice to have free parking and free breakfast included with the stay. The food we ordered from the menu was very good. The buffet breakfast we paid for was ok, some things were good, some things were not. The restaurant serving staff were very kind and professional and concierge was very kind and helpful."

"PARKING AREA IS GOOD BUT NOT CLEAN THE STAIR TO GET IN TO THE PARKING AREA IS TERRIBLE .. IS NOT CLEAN .. SMELL REALLY BAD .. BUT AFTER ALL THE HOTEL IS REALLY CLEAN AND NICE QHIT A GOOD VIEW AND NICE PERSONAL"

"The front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"This was close to Niagra Falls. Walking distance if you can walk. We are 60 & 64 yrs old and were fine with walking."

"Parking was a plus Staff was very helpful"

"The staff where helpful and nice. Breakfast was ok but not the best. The room was kind of dusty specifically the floors, I don’t know if they mop. The bathroom was dirty! There was mold specially on the shower and it looks like the staff don’t do a great job cleaning. I think you should check after they clean."
