This 3 bedroom house is bright and homely inside, and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.

Villa Maina is in a great position. The villa takes full advantage of its countryside location, with excellent views of the surrounding hillside, yet is also only 10 minutes' drive from the beach, plaza and Pine Walk at Puerto Pollensa. You'll be spoilt for choice of places to eat and drink, with many of the restaurants overlooking the sea. Plus, there is a waterpark, a choice of golf courses, and the fantastic neighbouring resorts of Pollensa Old Town and Alcudia all within a short drive.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
