  • Chalet Suavet Petit está lleno de carácter y encanto español, con una hermosa piscina privada, jardín con césped, diseño tradicional y vistas de los alrededores.

    Se ha hecho un gran uso del típico estilo y diseño mediterráneo. Este espacioso y encantador chalet en dos niveles ofrece un buen alojamiento de vacaciones y está decorado en colores amigables. Wifi gratuito disponible en Chalet Suavet Petit.



    Solo lleva 5 minutos en coche del casco antiguo de Pollensa y de la playa de Puerto Pollensa. Este fantástico chalet de tres dormitorios de appr. 250m2 con piscina privada tiene un hermoso jardín y asegura una buena cantidad de sol durante todo el día, el lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del sol mediterráneo. La cocina exterior adicional con barbacoa invita a cenar al aire libre de día o de noche. Debajo de la terraza cubierta hay una cómoda sala de estar.



    El salón tiene muebles de madera tradicionales y un techo alto con vigas a la vista. Una cómoda sala de estar con TV está situada cerca del comedor. La cocina bien equipada y espaciosa está al lado con una mesa de desayuno.



    El Chalet tiene una habitación doble con baño completo al lado y una habitación doble con baño en suite, ambas habitaciones se encuentran en la planta baja.

    El tercer dormitorio con baño en suite se encuentra en el primer piso y ofrece maravillosas vistas. En todas las habitaciones continúa el tema español con elegantes muebles de alta calidad y suficiente espacio para guardar su equipaje de vacaciones.



    Todas las habitaciones incluyen aire acondicionado frío/calor. De acuerdo con las iniciativas locales de ahorro de energía, la villa tiene programado el aire acondicionado en todas las unidades desde las 21:00 hasta las 8:00 y de 14:00 a 16:00.



    Una verdadera experiencia española con un fantástico paisaje de montaña, una gran piscina y jardín.



    En Pollença encontrará tiendas, un centro cultural, el mercado de Pollença, restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. Las tiendas e iglesias tradicionales también están presentes en esta ciudad histórica. Disfrute del medio ambiente por la noche y participe de sus actividades. Los domingos hay un mercado local de agricultores en la plaza principal donde abundan las verduras, frutas y especias locales.



    La playa de Puerto Pollensa es perfecta para relajarse al sol, o para los más activos, disfrutar de deportes acuáticos como kayak, windsurf o esquí acuático.



    En Cala Sant Vicenç (o simplemente Cala como lo conocen los lugareños) hay un mini mercado, varios restaurantes pequeños que ofrecen una variedad de experiencias gastronómicas e incluso un par de bares. Hay cuatro pequeñas calas y dos áreas principales de la playa. Cala Sant Vicenç tiene unas vistas espectaculares y aguas cristalinas.

La villa è molto bella e comoda, situata tra Pollensa e Port de Pollensa, è stato solo un pò difficile localizzarla la prima volta. Le camere e i bagni sono confortevoli e puliti. Forse ci vorrebbe qualche asciugamano in più per una settimana. Lo spazio all'aperto con la piscina molto utile soprattutto perchè faceva caldissimo. A questo proposito avremmo preferito poter regolare l'aria condizionata a seconda dei nostri orari. L'orario fisso previsto dal proprietario non è conveniente. Di notte era sempre acceso e di giorno non potevamo accenderlo noi. Comunque nel complesso una bella vacanza.

Perfect Villa

We stayed two weeks and it was a perfect break in a fantastic villa. Any small problems we had were dealt with quickly by both the owner and Management team. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Pool, proximity, space is gorgeous and fantastic. Host was extremely responsive to any minor issues. Better towels, pay attention to the cleaning in some places. Everything else is perfect .

Great villa in a great location!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Suavet Petit, the location is perfect between the beach and old town areas. The only thing that let it down was not having any basic kitchen items when we arrived at the villa (ie. salt/pepper/oil for cooking). The pool was lovely, the outside areas beautiful and well maintained, and we especially loved the swing seat for a morning coffee! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and found the whole area to be beautiful.

VILLA SUAVET PETIT

Lovely stay in a beautifully clean, 'traditional style' property. Took us a little while to work out the tap water at the property is desalinated, but there is one separate tap in the kitchen with water suitable for making coffee/tea or of course there is bottled water. The pool area is very relaxing with plenty of beds and tables for eating outside. The mosquitos were very active, so take repellant and bite cream! Helpful booklet with lots of local information left at the property. Great location for us, mid way between the town and the harbour, 5 mins each way in a car, but probably too far/hot by foot! Supermarkets very close by and lots of things to do for a variety of different demands. Excellent restaurants with charming staff in both the harbour and town.

Good but not great

Good location, traditional, spacious house with great outdoor seating area together with a lovely pool. Prompt response from owners when we had multiple issues with a leaking air conditioning unit but we were left slightly underwhelmed with the overall stay. On arrival there were very few basic kitchen items that you’d expect for a property in this price range which necessitated a trip to the supermarket to buy salt, pepper, bin bags, dish cloths, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, toilet rolls etc. The air conditioning controls in the bedrooms were blocked off so that we could only switch on and off which felt rather petty and meant we couldn’t control the temperature- one room was too cold, one too hot but one was just about right. The locked cupboard and rooms just added to the rather unwelcoming atmosphere but the kids thought the coat hooks in the hallway made from upturned wild boar feet were brilliant. Cleanliness and communication good but sadly the wow factor was missing.

Grosse Villa mit schönem Pool und Garten

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig sowie gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, dabei haben zwei Zimmer einen direkten Zugang zum Bad. Beim dritten Zimmer bilden Zimmer und Bad letztlich auch eine Einheit, indem sie an einem eigenen kleinen Korridor liegen. Zum Haus gehört ein schön angelegter Garten mit einem grosszügigen Outdoor-Essbereich und einem grossen Pool. Auf der überdachten Veranda vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Tischtennisplatte. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass zu dieser auch mehrere gut erhaltene, funktionsfähige Tischtenniskellen und -bälle vorrätig waren sowie dass neben dem üblichen Handtücher-Set pro Person noch eine Mehrzahl Pool-Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Der hübsche Ort Pollença und die schöne Uferpromenade von Port de Pollença sind in wenigen Autofahrminuten erreichbar. Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Team von Owl Booking hat uns vor der Anreise sowie vor Ort sehr nett und hilfreich betreut. Hinweis: Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurückversetzt von der Hauptstrasse und ist über eine sehr schmale, eigene Zufahrt zu erreichen, die nicht ganz einfach direkt zu finden ist, vor allem nicht im Dunkeln. Es empfiehlt sich daher, die Anreise so zu legen, dass man noch bei Tageslicht eintrifft. Es wäre schön, wenn Salz/Pfeffer/Öl als Grundausstattung vorhanden wären bzw. jeweils belassen werden könnten, damit dies nicht jeder Gast neu kaufen muss.

Immer wieder gern

Die Villa mit dem tollen Pool in sehr guter Lage zwischen Polenca und Strand hat uns absolut überzeugt. Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. In der Villa hat jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad und ein zusätzliches Bad gibt es am Pool. Die riesige Aussenküche hat uns auch bei Regen die Laune erhellt.

Eine tolle Finca mit mega Außenküche und großem Pool. Jede Einheit Schlafeinheit mit Bad ist abgeschlossen. Waschküche samt Dusche und Toilette. Danke auch an das nette Team von Owl-Booking und ein Danke an die aufmerksamen netten Besitzer. Grüße auch an Lluc ;)

Friends getaway

Great accommodation, very spacious and such an awesome outside living area and pool. Met the owner who was lovely. Owl Booling staff were very helpful on WhatsApp throughout. Need new shower heads, especially in the bedroom near the front door. Also, a notice to say not to drink the water and not to use the tap next to the kitchen sink.

Great place!

Loved my stay, the place is really nice and spacious! The pool left a weird green stain in everyone's bikinis and swimwear. Also it would be nice if it was provided some kitchen essentials like olive oil, salt, sugar...

Schöne Finca und Garteb, die Sauberkeit hat nicht überzeugt

Schöne Finca mit tollem Garten und Pool. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses lässt zu wünschen übrig. Verschmutzes Geschirr im Schrank, Bad sehr unsauber. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet (defektes Geschirr und von allem nur das nötigste). Handtücher und Bettwäsche müssen bei verlassen der Finca in Säcke verpackt werden (welche nicht vorhanden sind), diess müssen also selbst gekauft werden. Auch Müll muss selbst abtransportiert werden. Die Lage ist gut, wenn auch an einer sehr viel befahrenen Hauptstrasse (das Haus steht weit zurück), trotzdem laut. Klima gibt es nur in den Schlafräumen, was den Aufenthalt (Ende August/Anfang September) in den anderen Räumen unerträglich macht.

A perfect stay in a great villa

Suavet Petit is a lovely house in authentic style. The garden is beautiful and the privacy is 100%. Every room with its own bathroom, what a luxury. And then, the superb pool, outdoor breakfast table and the BBQ facilities. What you need, is there. In one word ‘Great’

Fantastische villa!

Zojuist terug gekomen van een week vakantie in deze schitterende villa. Alles is mooi, het grote huis, de tuin, het zwembad, de omgeving, het uitzicht, werkelijk prachtig! De servicegerichtheid van Owl Booking, super! Wij hadden een kinderbedje en een kinderstoel te weinig. Na één telefoontje was het binnen no time geregeld. Wat een vriendelijke mensen allemaal! De reden dat ik 4 sterren heb gegeven aan de incheck komt omdat we bij de verkeerde villa stonden toen we aankwamen. Er zijn 2 villa's naast elkaar (wel met alle privacy) en wij probeerden het hek van Villa Campet te openen met de code, maar we moesten bij Villa Campet Cran zijn.... :-) Dat is misschien een klein verbeterpunt in de routebeschrijving? Of wellicht onze eigen schuld haha. Verder niets dan lof, een aanrader, we hebben genoten!

Fabulous villa for a family break.

A very spacious and peaceful villa. The pool was wonderful and the unspoilt views out into the mountains gave a great feeling of freedom and space. 5 large bedrooms would easily sleep 10 people and there are plenty of choices for eating areas, sun worship and relaxation. A very short drive to all the joys of Pollensa (you’ll need a car to stay here). Fabulous trip - would definitely recommend and revisit. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay in Pollensa!

A wonderful big villa which is extremely well equipped for a large group. Fantastic outdoor space and swimming pool. Great location - close to old town and easy to get around to beaches (with a hire car). Owl Booking were so helpful and always very responsive. We hope to come back another year!
