Villa Guillermo is a charming villa located just 5 minutes drive from the picturesque village of Pollensa. With its privileged location and breathtaking views of the majestic mountains, this villa offers a perfect retreat for those looking to relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.



Upon entering Villa Guillermo, you will be greeted by its spacious and welcoming facilities. The single-storey villa has three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, while the master bedroom has a comfortable double bed.



All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has the air conditioning scheduled in all bedrooms from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, and in the living room from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.



This villa has a large porch, which stretches along the front of the house. With a large table and chairs, this space is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends while admiring the natural beauty that surrounds the property.



Inside villa Guillermo you will find a comfortable lounge with television, where you can relax and unwind after a day full of activities. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. There is also a bathroom with shower available for guests, as well as a washing machine located in a separate room, providing comfort and ease during your stay.



The kitchen at Villa Guillermo is a true foodie's dream. Fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, this kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals during your stay. From the kitchen, there is access to a charming patio and a small terrace where you can hang out the washing or simply enjoy a quiet moment outdoors.

Villa Guillermo is just a few minutes’ drive from the town of Pollensa and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicenç. You can walk to Old Town in 25 minutes, and there is a supermarket 10–15-minute walk away. There is a bus stop 10-15 minutes away to go to the beach, the town or to Palma. A car is not necessary, yet it is recommended if you want more flexibility to freely explore the island.



In Pollensa, you will find shops, a cultural center, the Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the afternoon and take part in its activities. On Sundays, there is a local farmers market in the main square where you can find an abundance of local vegetables, fruits, and spices.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing under the sun or, for the more active ones, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known by the locals), there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences, and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.
