  • Esta magnífica villa con impresionantes vistas a la bahia de Pollensa se encuentra en uno de los complejos más exclusivos de Puerto Pollensa, El Vila. El casco antiguo de Pollensa y la playa de Puerto Pollensa y Cala Sant Vicenç están a solo unos minutos en coche. Esta impresionante villa combina la mezcla perfecta entre muebles modernos y tradicionales. 3 habitaciones amplias y luminosas, 2 baños totalmente equipados, una piscina privada, una de las más hermosas vistas desde la terraza cubierta, una barbacoa con comedor y hermosos jardines son las principales características de Villa El Vila.



    Todos los dormitorios están equipados con aire acondicionado/calefacción sin coste adicional, para mejorar su comodidad están disponibles para ser utilizadas en cualquier momento del día.



    La gran sala de estar y comedor amueblada de forma tradicional y moderna es simplemente impressionante , equipada con una chimenea típica, TV de pantalla plana, techo con vigas de madera y detalles decorativos preciosos de la isla. Las puertas dobles de la terraza se abren a la fantástica terraza cubierta con zona de comedor con vistas a toda la bahía de Pollensa.



    La cocina independiente y totalmente equipada es cómoda y acogedor y tiene una pequeña zona de estar.



    De forma similar a la zona de estar de Villa El Vila, los 2 dormitorios, uno con 2 camas twins y el otro con cama doble y cama individual, tienen el techo con vigas tradicional y suficientes lugares de almacenamiento con vistas a la zona del jardín. La habitación doble restante tiene una decoración tradicional y tiene una vista impresionante hacia el mar. Hay un baño moderno con ducha y uno clásico con baño completan esta encantadora propiedad.



    Los 3 dormitorios incluyen aire acondicionado frío/calor. Para mejorar su comodidad, están disponibles para ser utilizadas en cualquier momento del día y de la noche.



    La villa se accede a través de puertas dobles con un camino de piedra que se extiende hasta el nivel superior y estacionamiento.



    En Pollença encontrarás tiendas, un centro cultural, el mercado de pollença, restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. Las tiendas tradicionales y las iglesias también están presentes en esta ciudad histórica. Disfruta del ambiente por la tarde y participa en sus actividades. Los domingos hay un mercado local de agricultores en la plaza principal donde abundan las verduras, frutas y especias locales.



    La playa de Puerto Pollensa es perfecta para relajarse bajo el sol, o para los más activos, disfrutar de deportes acuáticos como kayak, windsurf o moto acuática.



    En Cala Sant Vicenç (o simplemente Cala, como es conocido por los lugareños) hay un pequeño supermercado, varios restaurantes pequeños que ofrecen una variedad de experiencias gastronómicas e incluso un par de bares. Hay cuatro pequeñas calas y dos áreas principales de la playa. Cala Sant Vicenç tiene vistas espectaculares y aguas cristalinas.

Amazing in every way

We had a great time at the Villa. It was clean, comfortable and very well looked after. It had everything we needed from sheets, towels, mosquito plugs and the welcome package was fantastic to get us started. It was welcoming and safe and Owl checked in on us regularly so it was great to know they were available it needed. Located perfectly close to town so we could walk or drive depending on the day, and also located close to nearby sites. We loved the pool most of all! The laundry room had a terrible smell, but I understand it was the nature of the room. Also sun umbrellas would be a good idea

Fantastic Stay

Great villa and location. Clean and tidy and well stocked with places to sit and take in the views. Owl Booking were really helpful all the way through. Sharper knives for the kitchen would be really helpful.

We loved the house. Great location close to Pollensa. Great view from the house, lovely garden with nice swimming pool. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The service from Owl Booking was great.

sehr schöne Finca mit genügend Platz für 5-6 Personen. Herrlicher Blick bis zum Meer, toller, großzügiger Pool, prima der Grillplatz mit eigenem Tisch es fehlten Auflagen für die Liegen und Kehrbesen für den Grill

Die Unterkunft war sauber, großzügig und gemütlich. Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Der hatte eine maximale Tiefe von 1,5m, somit auch für Kinder geeignet. Trotz umliegender Nachbarn war es sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf die Bucht war einfach traumhaft.

A Truely magnify Villa

We have just had 2 weeks of pure pleasure tge Villa is beautiful spacious and well equipped. Perfect for us The towels could do with improving bigger and fluffier. The bedding is a bit tired a higher thread count . But apart from that perfect .

Location, Seaview, terrasse Madrasses to sunbeds was missing . Sunbeds was very hard. The tabletennis was locked in a garage but the Owl Office helped us so we could Play.

Absolutely wonderful.

Villa El Vila is an absolutely stunning property with so much rustic Spanish culture and charm. The beds are comfortable and the villa was spotlessly clean, kitchen was well equipped, there are plenty of seating areas and the views are just out of this world. It’s in a fantastic location 5 minute drive from shops, bars restaurants, the beach. Beautiful place we’ll definitely return! The sun beds are painfully uncomfortable, some cushions for them would be perfect. The drive is VERY narrow with low trees. We recommend parking on the road!

Beautiful location

We loved staying at the villa and had a great time! The villa has the most breathtaking views and has everything we needed. It was very clean and well equipped. The pool was definitely a beautiful cherry on top. It might be useful for some to mention that we used a buses which stopped on the main road and were quite frequent. It’s a steep walk towards the villa so wasn’t ideal with kids but totally worth it for the views. Also, some of us had a reaction to mosquito bites so taking antihistamines might be a good idea. The agency was very efficient and kept in touch throughout. All the information provided to useful and relevant. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday and we hope to come back again. A couple more umbrellas by the pool are essential as we had 3 little kids and couldn’t fit them under one umbrella not to mention adults. It’s a problem during the hottest part of the day when we were most likely to use the pool- there is no shade by the pool area at that point.

Special place

The Villa is in a fantastic location with amazing views of the Pollensa Bay. We also appreciated a lot of space inside and outside of the property. Its quirkiness also adds to the experience although it might not be to everyone's taste. Great pool area although unfortunately due to not a great weather we couldn't use it much. Must be fantastic in the high season though. We very much appreciate all the contact we had with Owl booking team, great customer service! The Villa could use some updating, especially the kitchen. It was a great value for money in low season but seeing how much it costs during high season we wouldn't choose it during this time.

A lovely week at Villa Vila

Fabulous location with great views. Plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the roomy outdoor terass overlooking the pool and where we could enjoy the view over Puerto Pollenca and the sea. Easy to check in, even when we arrived very late and in the dark. Although the Villa had everything we needed, the kitchen is a little dated and in need of repair. A few pieces of the outdoor furniture were in need of repair and attention. Some of the chairs around the outdoor dining table were broken and uncomfortable. The toilet in the bigger bathroom didn’t flush very well and took forever to fill up again. The access to the house was very steep and the stairs up to the front door difficult. I would have wished for a sturdier hand rail and on both sides of the steps. I don’t remember this mentioned in the info. It didn’t pose too much of a difficulty but I think it would be useful to mention in the info about the accommodation. None of the above takes away the fact that it was a great place!

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Objekt ist sehr schön an einem Berghang gelegen und hat eine atemberaubend schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft...Als wir ankamen, roch es im Haus ein wenig modrig, was aber auch daran gelegen haben kann, dass es vielleicht längere Zeit vorher nicht bewohnt war... Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen gegeben, Bettwäsche war allerdings fleckig. Das hat auf mich einen unsauberen, ekligen Eindruck gemacht!! Bitte unbedingt beachten, dass nur die Schlafräume über eine Klimaanlage / Heizung verfügen!! Wir haben (Ende April) in den anderen Räumen des Hauses gefroren. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, wir könnten die Heizkörper in der Zeit von 07.00-09.00 Uhr am Vormittag und am Abend nutzen, was dann aber nicht funktionierte... Wir hatten den Eindruck, es handelt sich um einen sehr geizigen Hauseigentümer...

Traumhafte Finca

Wunderbar ursprüngliche, gemütliche Finca mit großartigem Ausblick und großzügigem Garten in toller Lage. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Agentur, die per WhatsApp immer schnell reagiert hat (Danke für die Tischtennisschläger ;)). Nur die Mücken haben uns geärgert, ansonsten ein Traumurlaub bei ganz viel Sonne im Herbst.

Auszeit mit Freunden

Wir haben eine Woche in der tollen Finca verbracht und waren rund um zufrieden. Es ist nur wichtig Mückenspray einzupacken, denn nun sind wir alle zerstochen. Der Grillplatz ist super und der Ausblick ein Traum, der Pool lädt für tolle Nachmittage ein. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert und es war alles sehr schön angelegt und sauber. Bei Rückfragen stand der Anbieter auf deutsch per WhatsApp jederzeit zur Verfügung, mega gut. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Super mooi vakantie huis

Dit is een aanrader super mooi vakantie huis. Gelegen op een berg met een geweldig uitzicht. Gezellige veranda met uitzicht op zee. De foto’s die liegen niet zo is het in de werkelijkheid. Huis is netjes en goed verzorgd, tevens is de tuin om het huis heen ook mooi en verzorgd. Wij hebben superrrr genoten van deze vakantie in dit huis.

Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in der Villa El Vila. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr nett. Vorab wurden alle notwendigen Infos zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes genügte eine kurz E-Mail und Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Der große Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und die beiden Terrassen sind wunderbar. Ein Auto ist notwendig, jedoch kommt man dann überall hin, weil die Villa gut gelegen ist. Die Betten im Haus sind mit 1,80 m für einige Gäste sehr kurz.

Prachtige ligging.

De tuin en de diverse terrassen zijn prachtig.Keuze uit schaduw en zon. Mooi uitzicht.Leuk zwembad. Een minpunt vonden we de bedden, die zijn gewoon te kort.
