Llenyater for families with pool

Enjoying unobstructed views towards the Puig de Maria and located a short walk from the old town of Pollensa, Llenyater is a magnificent villa perfect for a couple or a small family. Thanks to its large pool, bright interiors with exposed stone walls along with elegant furniture and accessories, it is simply a villa not to be missed.Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor. The entrance door opens to a spacious living room with white leather sofas, high ceilings and French doors giving access to the covered terrace and swimming pool. The open-plan kitchen, ultra-modern and fully equipped with a breakfast bar island and dining area, has been specifically designed for Llenyater and features patio doors leading outside. Next to the living room, there is a master bedroom with a double bed with a step down to the complete bathroom on different levels (whirlpool bathtub). A door leads to a separate area that includes a toilet and an ultra-modern washbasin. This bathroom can also be accessed from the entrance hall. Next to the living room, there is a double bedroom with a complete bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is available free of charge during set hours, between 8 pm-8 am and 2 pm-4 pm.The wonderful swimming pool is located right in front of the house and can be easily accessed through the large covered terrace (with its elegant rattan sofas with vibrant coloured cushions, tables, chairs and a stone barbecue). The pool has Roman steps at one end and a separate section for children. At the opposite end of the pool there is a pleasant pergola area, perfect for relaxing.SWIMMING POOL: Width 10m x 5m (Depth 0.9m x 1.7m) Roman Steps and Children's Section.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
