Villa Ventet enjoys views of the Tramuntana mountain range and surrounding countryside. Located in the area of La Font in Pollensa, this 3 bedroom villa is in a great location for those wanting a relaxing holiday but within short driving distance to the resort amenities. As you approach this traditional Majorcan (Mallorcan) villa you will be greeted by the stone clad villa and spacious driveway. Access to the property is from the shaded terrace area, which leads directly into the bright lounge area, which is spacious and has parquet wooden floors, which follow throughout this charming property.



To the left far end of the lounge an archway leads you to a small hallway with a shower room on the right and a good size double bedroom on the left, which has patio doors that open up onto the front shaded terrace.



Back through the lounge there is a staircase on the far right hand side and double doorways which leads into a large, contemporary kitchen dining area, which is within keeping of its original stone walls and ornamental fireplace - making this area a successful mix of old and new. At the far end of the kitchen there are patio doors which lead out to a further shaded terrace.



Back to the lounge and going up the wooden staircase, leads firstly to a mezzanine area with seating, which is an ideal place for a spot of reading. Taking a left at the top of the stairs leads into a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, which has its own balcony boasting lovely views across the countryside - a great place to take in this stunning setting!



Back to the stairs and if you turn right leads through an arch into a hallway which has a shower room directly on the right and a twin bedroom straight ahead. This twin also enjoys a terrace with views of the Tramuntana mountain range and beyond.



All bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning/heating at no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 21:00 to 09:00.



As you venture outside you will be greeted by the private pool that is surrounded by part paving and part lawn - the stunning countryside and Tramuntana mountain range frames this area nicely! There is also a large BBQ house to the left of the terrace area (which also houses the utility room) - a great place to cook the local food and then dine alfresco on the shaded terrace area that has outside dining furniture.
