    The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

    – We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.

    – Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.

    – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

    – Check-in: from 4:00 pm.

    – Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

    – Parties and events are not allowed.

    – No pets allowed.



    Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.



    Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



    Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.



    Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.



    Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

The villa was perfect for what we wanted. It was a really great set up and in a fab location. Pool great size and the kids loved it. We had a car but were also able to walk into pollensa town on an evening which was an added bonus, and the beach was a short drive away. Would definitely recommend!

Espectacular!!

Maravilloso lugar para una multitud. Piscina fabulosa y espacio al aire libre con mucho espacio para repartir. Bien ubicado, lejos de las multitudes, pero con supermercados a 5-10 minutos en coche. El casco antiguo de Pollensa merece una visita, como es el mercado de los domingos.

Excellent location with an amazing outside area

We had a great time at the villa the pool and outside area was fabulous. Some of the furniture was a bit grubby especially the sofa in the kitchen area. That aside we had a fantastic family holiday and the weather was beautiful

Estupende sitio!!

Villa era encantadora, una piscina de buen tamaño y la villa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. Buen espacio exterior y gran cantidad de grandes áreas de asientos cubiertas y descubiertas. Definitivamente necesito un coche.

Amazing family time at Villa Sa Gont

Travelled as an extended family, ( 6 adults-4 kids 7-3) it was a great base of operations....kids loved the pool . Lots of space/ zones for us to chill in..the weather was hot !! (As ordered :-)) The Mallorca holiday team were really responsive from the initial booking to the welcome and continued comms from Peter. We loved it.Thanks the Munro's

Fantastic Villa

Beautiful villa, rooms all a good size. Kitchen well equipped, although the fridge wasn't great at keeping things really cold when full. Pool area was really lovely, plenty of loungers and parasols. Great barbecue and various places to sit and eat, although we only used the outside dining table. Plenty of room for our group of 9 adults. Very well maintained inside and out. Lovely and quiet area. The walk into Pollensa was about 30 mins, a beautiful town. Lidl and Eroskie supermarkets, and the local bus stop, are about 15/20 mins walk. We took the bus to Alcudia and to Puerto Pollensa, very straight forward and reasonably priced if you tap in and out with a card instead of paying cash. Great communication from Froydis and Pere at Mallorca Holidays. Pere even booked all our taxi transfers for us, which made it a lot easier. Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to visit again. Would highly recommend.

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Nur das Geschirr und die Gläser in der Küche waren teilweise dreckig. Der ganze Außenbereich war toll und für uns mit sechs Kindern und drei Erwachsenen gut zu nutzen. Die Wiese wurde gerne zum Fußballspielen genutzt, allerdings sind die Rasensprenger immer zu ungünstigen Zeiten am Nachmittag bzw. frühen Abend angegangen. :-) Strom ist extra zu bezahlen und überraschend teuer! Wir haben angeblich in einer Woche sehr viel verbraucht und mussten über 80 € bezahlen, obwohl wir jeden Tag fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, mit Licht und Strom sorgsam umgegangen sind, kaum selbst gekocht und keinen Fernseher oder dergleichen genutzt haben. Soviel Strom verbrauchen wir zuhause in einem ganzen Monat trotz home office und täglichem Kochen und Waschen nicht. Davon abgesehen können wir die Unterkunft wie auch den sehr freundlichen Vermieter wärmstens empfehlen! Große Stromverbraucher/Geräte überprüfen. Rasensprengerzeiten in die späten Abendstunden verschieben. Checkin könnte einfacher sein. Die vielen Unterschriften und das zwingende Herunterladen der Geschäftsbedingungen für jeden Reisenden sind überflüssig.

Wonderful holiday

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Sa Font as 2 families with children ages 1 and 3 years and another couple and would definitely go back. The photos and reviews were very accurate and I had excellent communication and quick help with any issues from Pere. We had an issue where the water went off for 12 hours, however this was quickly resolved by the villa owner the next morning. Our 3 year olds thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and there was plenty of space and shade to enjoy whole days at the villa. We made use of the barbecue a couple of nice and could easily get charcoal from the nearby Lidl. The only other comment I would make is the wifi signal was very weak so you had to sit next to the router to get internet and the kitchen router did not work. The villa is well located to walk into Pollensa although a little too far for small children especially in heat. We also rented bikes and really enjoyed a cycle to Formentor, also has a beautiful beach. We did not make the most of the terrace until the last night, although be warned to shut the door well to keep out mosquitos! A wonderful property and very relaxing week.

Fantastisk beliggenhed for cykel turister.

Skønt hus med dejlig pool. God opdeling af værelser samt husets perle seperat køkken og spiseafdeling. Huse og udendørs arealer bære præg af mange års udlejning, kunne godt trænge til en overhaling. Men klart et sted vi vender tilbage til John og Susanne

Great house to stay

We had a group of adults staying for a week in this lovely property. The outside, pool area and kitchen were the mainstay of our stay. We very much enjoyed the house and would happily stay again.

Vielen Dank für den Schönen Urlaub in der "Villa Sa Font" Polenca . Wir hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit auf dem schönen und sehr geräumigen Anwesen. Wir haben selten ein so gut ausgestattetes Haus gemietet und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Review

We had a lovely stay here for a week with three children. The villa was very clean with air conditioning. The pool was great. It’s quite deep (up to 2m) but the kids had a great time with the inflatables that were provided. You’ll definitely need a hire car but there’s ample parking space and the villa is quite secluded. Great for relaxation and you’re own space. We were in easy driving distance of Alcúdia and Pollença and the airport was about 40 minutes away. The kitchen had everything we needed albeit it gets very hot as it doesn’t have air conditioning. It’s not the end of the world as we had many BBQs!. Mallorca Villas (who manage it) were great with speedy replies to emails to make sure everything was clear. Definitely recommend the villa for a holiday in the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Great location

Lovely house, outdoor area was really great. Good to have enough sun loungers for each person (although one was broken). Good to have air conditioning in all the bedrooms. But none in the kitchen which is a separate building and not properly insulated, so it got extremely hot which made it very uncomfortable to prepare food or cook in during the evenings. Could have done with an extra drinks fridge in the kitchen as the food fridge didn't stay cold enough for the food if you opened it to get drinks out during the day. There was problem with our toilet flushing (although they did try unsuccessfully to mend it (Joan was very helpful)) and both the bathrooms stank very badly of drains, as did part of the outside area which was unfortunate. The location is beautiful and it's really well situated for food shopping and exploring local beaches and places of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa.

Lantligt i ett genuint vackert område

Huset var stor och bekvämt. Mycket rent och trivsamt inrett, bekväma sängar och mycket generös tillgång till handdukar, badlakan och beachbadlakan, rena och fina som bytes varje vecka. Ett av sovrummen på övervåningen har en fantastisk terras med utsikt, en höjdare. Området var mycket lugnt och läget var perfekt med bara 7 min till den underbara Cala San Vicent en otroligt vacker vik med absolut turkos vatten och tillgång till mycket och grattis parkering!!! Que viva España!!! Huset har ett stort och ljust kök. Fin pool och uteplats för måltider och samvaro. Det blir dock väääldigt varmt på uteplatsen då det är stenlagt och det saknar naturlig skugga. Det finns två stora parasoller men de förmår inte ge tillräckligt med svalka. Men vi vår sju stycken varav 3 barn och vi trivdes jätte bra i huset.

We had a very enjoyable time.The villa is great for a group of 10 with good layout and facilities.Pool was good size.Table tennis area also a plus.3rd shower is at back of kitchen away from main house but we did use it although a little inconvenient. Location is ideal for Pollença and beaches all within easy reach.Lidls’ is just nearby with great croissants.

Sehr schöne Finca. Großräumig und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Es ist an alles gedacht und die Küche umfassend ausgestattet. Der Inhaber hat sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit um ein kleines Problem gekümmert und war sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastic Villa!!

We've just returned from a week stay here, a family of 8 (5 adults & 3 kids) we LOVED this place it was clean, spacious and perfectly located to enjoy the Pollenca/Alcudia area. Pollenca town centre is about a half hour walk but just on the outskirts of the town 20 minute walk away if a fab Brasserie where the food is amazing!! Our only criticism would be that there is no way to secure the shutters open which means they bang quite alot in the wind, also some games would have been useful, pool and indoor games such as board games. We left some pool floats for the next family to use but not sure if there is a policy where by these are disposed of after our stay. Regardless of those little niggles I would definitely recommend this villa!!

Excellent Family Holidays

Incredible house in the skirts of the Tramuntana Mountain. We were a lot and the house coped with the desires of everyone. Some went cycling (Juan from Mallorca Holiday helped us to rent some great bikes), other played table tennis in the garden, the children had fun in the swimming pool and me and my husband just relaxed and sunbathed, looking at our small ones. On our arrival everything was really clean and we were very surprised with the welcome pack provided, fantastic detail. For families this is an amazing place. Mallorca is astonishing!!

Sa Font Pollenca, potentially a 5 star villa

Sa Font was in many ways perfect for our holiday with family & friends. It's location at the end of the Tramontana mountain range is beautiful & it was delightful to walk through the lanes into Pollenca. The sea was within very easy driving distance & in April it was quiet & quite delightful. We even had nightingales singing in the garden! Mallorcan Holidays provided a welcome pack & bathroom basics and they were most helpful in changing bedlinen & towels when our family left & friends took their place. The owners, however, might consider providing pool toys & table tennis bats (both of which we bought & left) as well as basic kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, cleaning cloths etc. A general information pack on the villa & the area would also be useful. There were a few maintenance issues that should have been checked such as the dishwasher & a couple of light fittings. More importantly perhaps, one evening the elecctric gate wouldn't open & we had to wait quite some time for the owner to arrive after phoning the Mallorcan Holidays representative. This definitely needs to be sorted out, given that there was no other way of getting out in an emergency. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful holiday & would definitely visit the area again.
