The open kitchen boasts various amenities, including a hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, three gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm long) and air conditioning, along with an exit to the terrace, and another room with two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long) and air conditioning. This level also houses a bath, a bidet, and a WC.
