This airy and spacious townhouse features over 2200 sq ft of open living space. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths allow plenty of space for a large family and has everything you want. Sleeps 8 and is right across from the famous Seaside Heights boardwalk and beach. Walk across the street to the boardwalk and newly replenished beach. Immaculate, fully furnished 3 levels of living space open and airy for your whole family in the middle of all the action yet quiet and private. Spacious bedrooms with luxury vinyl plank and large closets, living room with beautiful hardwood floors and a den with wet bar, foosball table and HDTV. Park your car in the 2 car garage with opener, walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, amusement pier and games, fireworks, and Jenkinson’s Breakwater Beach Water Park. HDTV's, DVD player, and high speed internet included. Private hot and cold outside shower room and washer and dryer in the unit. Close to all Seaside Heights has to offer; fishing, crabbing, jetski and boat rentals. Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, Bedroom 2 features 2 queen beds, Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed. Family room has a pull out queen sized coach. We do weekly, monthly and long term rentals all year long. Multi week and monthly discounts available. Property is available during the off season for weekly, monthly and multiple month rates. Please inquire with owner for complete and accurate pricing. WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. NO PROMS OR SPRING BREAKS

Great location for a family beach vacation

Christina was a very responsive host. The house was beautiful and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and well-sized bedrooms. You really can’t beat the location across the street from the boardwalk. The game room was great for my kids and the house was very well insulated from the sound off the street. The two parking spots in the garage were very helpful.The house comes with five beach passes. If you have more than five adults/older children staying in the home, you will have to pay for additional beach passes. The posting of this house indicates that linens are not included (can be rented for a cost). I am glad I thought to ask about pillows and blankets because the house only had 3 pillows and one blanket so we had to pack those.The drapes do not block sunlight or the street lights at night so if you have little ones sensitive to light, prepare accordingly. In the paperwork you receive prior to arriving, it says not to cook with any strong spices and if you do, you will be charged. This made cooking a little stressful for us. The house has two nice balconies on the top level off the bedrooms. Note that there are quite a lot of stairs.All in all, it was a fantastic location and we would consider staying there again, but would definitely plan to rent linens so we do not have to pack blankets and pillows again.

Labor day stay

We had a great stay at the property. The unit was ready when promised and very clean. I loved being able to pull into the garage and unload my truck instead of being on the street, that was a huge plus. The gated entrances also added another level of safety that was nice. There was plenty of room for the seven of us to eat, live and sleep without feeling like we were on top of each other. Having the washer and dryer right in the unit was also a great help as I did not have to carry 12 days worth of clothes or return home with 12 days of dirty clothes. Beach badges, chairs, umbrellas and kids beach toys were provided so there was that much less to pack as well. I loved being able to go out the door and be up on the boardwalk multiple times during the day since it was so close to the unit. We loved our time there.

We love this place. The location is right across from the boardwalk and I love having a garage to park in especially on a rainy day. We are planning to stay again next year.

Best vacation ever

The family had an awesome time here. The pictures do not show enough how amazing this place really is. We loved the garage and not having to deal with street parking. It is so close to the beach and boardwalk-literally only have to cross the street to the boardwalk. The beds were amazing and everything you could need is there. There are some stairs but did not stop the kids from going up or down. The view from the balconies are amazing and great to sit on and relax at night after a long day. The place was clean and a had everything you could need for a memorable vacation. The family can't wait to go back again next year. Grace from Nashville, TN

Great location!

We loved the location and the amount of space. The layout is a little awkward. The garage and outside shower is located on the ground floor. The second floor is the kitchen, half bath, living room and dining room. The third floor has a Foosball, bar, queen size pull out couch, and washer and dryer. The fourth floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and bath. The fifth floor has two rooms with outside balcony to watch the Wednesday night fireworks-one room has two queen beds and the other room has a full and twin bunk bed. The fifth floor also has a bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped except for measuring cups or water pitchers or plastic dishes for the little ones. Bedrooms are also well lit and do not have blinds to block the light. It was a little hard to get the little ones to take a nap during the day. Overall, great place due to it's location and Christina is a great host. We would recommend the place.

Beach Wedding...

The property was exactly as shown...clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Questions were quickly answered...prior to arrival and throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Mini getaway

All I can say is wow! We searched high and low for a place with enough privacy for 4 teenagers and 2 adults with multiple bathrooms at the shore and this townhome exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation ! The unit is lovely and very well maintained. Christine was easily accessible before and during our trip. I appreciated her reaching out a few days before our arrival to make sure we didn’t have any questions . During our stay, any concerns we had were quickly addressed and attended to. The proximity to the boardwalk and beach is unbeatable and so convenient. The beach tags were a great bonus and the boardwalk / beach is literally 100 feet from the unit . The balconies face a parking lot but we did not hear any noise at night . All the teenagers enjoyed having their freedom to come and go as they please and there was enough space inside the home for the six of us to be quite comfortable ! The double garage was great as we came down in two cars . I would recommend bringing beach chairs as there were none available (we were fine but that might be important to some individuals). Also note the unit has LOTS of steps so if you have someone with physical limitations that might be difficult for them. You will also have to follow the town’s garbage schedule as provided which was not a huge concern for us. Everything you need is in the unit except linens and towels , and if you want to cook all the kitchen items are there as well . Great unit , great location, and great memories were made . We would definitely stay again , and I would absolutely recommend this rental !

The stay was great. The aftermath not so much

So first let me say that the location was great!!!! Right across the street from everything you need. Talking to Christina was also good. I’m not one to complain even though now I regret it because I was charged after the stay. My only mistake was we forgot to take out the trash on that Sunday so I will take fault for that. I really did and apologized. But we did end up taking the recycling out and she said it was enough but obviously it wasn’t because that’s one of the reasons we were charged. She charged us Bc it smelled like we were cooking which is weird because I thought we were allowed to cook. But I guess not. And she said it smelled like smoke when not one person smokes lol. Upon our arrival the house had a very weird smell and one end of the sectional was very hard to close almost didn’t want to close it because I thought we would break it. And also the third floor toilet we had to pour water in the top of it just to flush it bc the toilet was making water. All in all I’m only “complaining” because we were charged. I hate complaining. I always just do what needs to be done to get things to work that’s how I’ve always been ( I’m a mom ). But now I regret not being a complainer Bc I’m paying for it literally lol. But great location house was nice. Not perfect. Do not cook you’ll be charged for it smelling like cooking. You pay a cleaning fee but have to pay to have it cleaned. Lol. Thanks.
