Home with IN-GROUND HEATED POOL best for large families 7 min walk to boardwalk

5 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms. Newly renovated. 2200 sq feet. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee makers, toaster, microwave, gas stove and plenty of cook wear. House sleeps 10 people. Bedrooms #1,2,3 have queen size beds, bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds that can be made into king size bed. Bedroom #5 is attached to master bedroom and has 2 twin beds . 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the second floor. Half bath is on the first floor. Two bedrooms have cribs (renters must bring crib mattress).

7 minute walk to beach and Jenkinson’s board walk. Once you arrive you will never need to use your car. House is located within walking distance to over 20 restaurants and bars. Point pleasant path station is 15 minutes away walking distance.

Backyard is fenced has amazing large HEATED in-ground pool with 6 feet deep end. Deck has table, chairs and grill. 4 beach chairs are included.

House comes with 4 car driveway with extra spot in the back yard. 2 parking permits, 4 adult beach passes and 4 kids beach passes.

Other features included: brand new dual central AC units, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, cable tv, WiFi, fire alarms, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detectors.

Enjoy fireworks every Thursday on the beach.

Third season home on rental market

Booking SATURDAY through SATURDAY only
Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am.

No pets; in rare circumstances pets will be allowed.
Linens, towels, comforters, blankets, pillows and toiletries are NOT included.

Great location and setup

No hassle rental close enough to the action but quiet. House was clean and as advertised and hosts were awesome with communication. Good house for 6-10 and the pool was awesome to cool off and at night…would absolutely rent again!

2024 Summer Vacation

This property was just perfect for our family. Blessed with good weather so the private backyard was just perfect (beautiful pool both sun and shaded areas). An easy walk to the Boardwalk and to the center of Point Pleasant in a quiet residential part of town. The main floor was suited for family time to relax and have their meals. We hope to be back next summer.

Fabulous Rental

This was the second year that I rented this property for our family vacation. The house is perfect for a large family with the 5 bedrooms, large kitchen, two eating areas and large open family area. My grandchildren just love the heated pool and spent most of the day swimming. Owner Jody has been exceptional with answering questions and accommodating our needs. My entire family has loves it!

Great week at the beach!

Property owner communicated very well making check in easy. The pool area was nice with plenty of room and the covered area was really nice to have. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots and pans etc. The walk to the beach was super easy and short. We loved that you were in a quaint, beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the boardwalk activities and beach are quick walk away. Best of both worlds. We enjoyed our time here and would rent here again.

Wonderful house

This house and especially pool area were perfect! There were shaded areas, bbq, two tables , and a sparkling clean pool, with shallow area for the young children and deep end for adults. The house was immaculate. with comfortable beds, large leather sectional couch with electronic recliners, and updated kitchen . The pictures do not do this home justice. Location was great.. few blocks to the boardwalk and beach. The hosts were easy to reach and always available. A great house for a memorable family vacation!

Fabulous Rental

This house was everything that we wanted. Each bedroom has comfortable beds and overhead fan. The floor plan was great for a family vacation and looks exactly like the posting. Plenty of room for all. The pool was awesome and the outside seating area was another perfect place for us to hang out. Owners were wonderful and returned our inquiries almost immediately. My family was extremely happy my choice to stay there. We would definitely use this home if we return to the area.

Amazing family vacation house!

A Great Vacation House

The house was perfect for our family of six adults and 1 one year old. The owner left her crib and high chair for us to use. The dining area and living room were large enough to play many board games together. The clean heated pool was used every day. We spent 4 hours at the beach and then enjoyed relaxing at the pool. The shady outdoor seating was perfect for a bbq.

Worth Every Penny!

Hosts were amazing! Very quick to respond to messages/questions before and during our stay. Very thoughtful welcome note and basket! Rooms are spacious, most if not all rooms had ceilings fans, water pressure in the showers was awesome, parking spaces and permits were a huge help and the pool was fabulous! Loved that there was a large dining room table and a large kitchen table, we were able to move both into the living room for large family style meals! The location was great too! Easy walk to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back in the future! My fiance and I had to reschedule our wedding twice this summer due to COVID and this trip was just what the doctor ordered! Thank you SO MUCH Jody for an amazing week of memories!

Great Property and Extremely Convenient Location

The property was exactly as described, comfortably sleeps 12 as stated. Kids loved the heated pool. House is very well maintained everything works as it should and bathroom/kitchen are pretty up to date. The homeowners were so kind as to leave a lovely welcome basket. Location wise its a very short walk to the boardwalk, the NJT train station and some local restaurants and a Stop N Shop grocery store in case you don't want to drive. Only suggestion to the owners would be it would be amazing if lighting could be added to the grill area so guests could still grill and sit in the pool area even after the sun sets. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book this property again.

Great experience.

Our first family vacation in Point Pleasant was so much more than we expected. The house was exceptionally clean & having a beautiful pool right outside the family room was so convenient with 4 grandchildren 6-8 years old. The short walk to the beach & boardwalk was also a great asset to this property. Most important, the owners were very accessible & a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend for future rental!

Perfect Setting!

Would highly recommend staying at this home. It was extremely clean, spacious and the yard is beautiful! Perfect for families. We were able to cook or grill everynight as the kitchen is fully stocked. Jody, the owner, was so accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process! I texted with her many times regarding any questions we had. The beds were even comfortable which you don’t usually find in a shore house :)
