"Room was as expected for a hokiday inn express.
Though doors could have a "soft close" element to them, so that early risers do not disrurb others unintentionally.
Check in was fine, staff member could have been more attentitive - but heyho! The other recorion person (male) was full of beans and realky set a great welcome for the cistomer next ro me....
Bar staff good and efficient in service."

"First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding).
Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings.
Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made.
Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed).
On a positive note, service was good overall.
Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy."
