"Breakfast wasn’t the best tbh Room decor lovely but floor a bit tired and no shelf by sink or shower to put anything on Staff were great apart from cleaners very noisy and banging and bashing and hovering before 0800! Bar guy was on his phone and took a few minutes to come and serve me ! Other than what I’ve mentioned I would recommend as overall was good "

"We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Not many people there, so we had lots of space. The bathrooms were well equipped (hair dryer and amenities which I loved). When leaving the pool, I passed by the bar which looked lively and fun. "Great location if flying from Gatwick South terminal. Room was a good size clean and comfortable. We had access to executive lounge which was a bonus(king executive room) and breakfast in the main restaurant was very good with a buffet with lots of choice. Will definitely stay again if flying from Gatwick"

"O. K but not exceptional. Had a chipped saucer under my teacup. I would not have thought it difficult to find an jnchippef saucer since I was alone at breakfast! "

"Room was clean but very tired as was the building in general . Breakfast was plenty but cooked breakfast was not fresh as in sausages were hard to cut and bacon crispy and dry . Have stayed there many times in the past, it’s a lovely building in style but unfortunately hasn’t been lovingly cared for by Greene King brewery. Shower was hot and quite powerful but no shower/bath mat available was a case of do I break anything on my body trying to climb out of bath as so slippery "
