You are looking for a change of scenery, a breathtaking view to enjoy the Breton air? You are in the right place!

You will arrive in a preserved area of Plouguerneau: to access it, a small path and stone steps that naturally follow the steep path and at the end, this lovely apartment, which benefits from a beautiful landscaped garden of 300m2 and a grandiose sea view.

You will have access to 3 terraces: a first wooden terrace, directly accessible from the living room, overlooking the sea. The second, more sheltered from the winds, is located in front of the entrance, and finally, the stone terrace in the garden, with a stunning view of the beautiful white sandy beach of Vougot and the Guissény cove. An invitation to escape!

The living room, the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter and capsule coffee maker, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils to help you prepare delicious meals) and the dining room form a single space, which invites you to contemplate, regardless of the weather, the show is guaranteed!

The apartment is fully equipped to allow you to live like at home.
Two bathrooms are available, each with a toilet. The 2 bedrooms are in a row, the master suite consists of a 160x200cm bed, a dressing room, and its bathroom with a toilet. The "children's" bedroom is composed of 2 single beds in 80x200cm.
