The neighborhood (Roma Norte) surrounding the hotel is so lush and green and full of beautiful art and colored buildings! There’s so much rich food around the neighborhood, and all the hot taco spots you could think of. Even the hot churro spots are nearby. Above all the hospitality is absolutely excellent. The staff are so warm and so friendly and they really get to know you...

"This was our 4th time staying at this property, we found this stay less appealing. We found the property is more run down than before, floors were very dirty, which can not be seen in the room since the tiles arew dirt brown, should probably wash then once in a while vs just sweeping them. We also asked for coffee and were told sorry we don't have any pods in stock. Last visit we got 4 every day, this time we got only 2 on the first day. Last comment was the hot water shower is not balanced, so...

"We absolutely loved it here. This is a hidden gem in the La Norte area. The staff went above and beyond to help us and when they found out I was expecting they left me flowers in our room which was the sweetest touch. Definitely stay here!!! "

"Perfectly located at the end of Calle Colima, walkable distance to dozens of bars and restaurants! It was incredibly easy to communicate with Kukun, as they assigned a personal staff member who communicated in English via WhatsApp. Not to mention the property is extremely secure with a doorman and discreet, locked entrance. Can't recommend Casa Colima enough!"
