"Aloha, first time staying at this property as kamaaina, and we were so impressed with how nice the property is upkept. Amenities great, service is spot on, and convenient to everything anyone would need. Love the water stations, and refillable water bottles they give you. Pools were quiet, and clean. AC was bonus. "The location of the hotel is beautiful and is right on the beach. It isn’t a swimming beach though but beautiful nonetheless. There is no onsite dining options but there are lots of restaurants and other options nearby. The staff were friendly but the rooms were extremely outdated. "Hotel was ok being remodeled so was kinda a mess to get around. Pool water was to cold hardly anyone in water they need a pool heater our shower pressure was good for about 4 days then not sure what happened but they changed out our shower head and was Even worse and water barley even came out. The drywall in our room was bubbles from water damage and probably the reason my allergies was a mess because I’m sure there was mold behind it. The lamp shades was stained and look Gross definitely needs...

"The resort is amazing! Equal to the Grand Hyatt (I’ve stayed there twice) but at a more affordable price point, and the view — ocean + mountains from a private beach — is unmatched. I was initially concerned about the close proximity of the airport, but it caused zero noise or issues (plus, was very convenient). The central location made it easy to explore different parts of the island and the grounds were glorious. Believe everything you read in the best reviews — you’ll still be impressed!"
