Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, guests must register one of these methods to gain subsequent entry to the building. By making a reservation, guests agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree with this procedure.

⚠️ ROOFTOP WORKS - TOWER A (August 31 to September 15, 2026): if your unit is in Tower A, renovation works will be taking place on its rooftop. You may hear construction noise between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The rooftop stays open during the works and, per condominium rules, access is limited to guests aged 16 and over.



- Welcome kit included: shampoo, toilet paper, trash bag and soap. Requests for additional salt, oil, and pepper must be made before 5:00 PM.

- Biometric registration is mandatory (fingerprint or facial recognition); without this registration, access to the property will not be permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

- Travel cot available upon request; USD 15 per stay and subject to availability.

- Linen and towel changes, as well as housekeeping, are available at an additional cost; daily housekeeping is not included.

- Longer stays: For reservations of 7 nights or more, linen and towel changes are optional and incur an additional charge.

- For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity consumption is billed separately.

- Please take care of the bed linens and towels to avoid additional charges.

- Free on-site parking is included for one vehicle.



If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the appropriate linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.



For your safety, the building management uses cameras in all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, pools, and the front of the building. Please note that there are no cameras inside the apartment to ensure your privacy.
