This was our first time to PDC and had such a fun trip. May return next year at the same time.

Good experience. The property manager Luciano was great with his communication with me. The condo was so perfect for our group- 3 primary bedrooms with each having its own private bathrooms. Loved the first floor unit. So convenient and the location and proximity to 5th Avenue was superb. Would definitely love to rent this unit again.

Enjoyable family trip

For the most part we were very pleased with the property and our experience renting it for 10 days. There are many great things I could list, including plenty of space in the condo, very close pool access, elevator access to parking etc. *** A few minor concerns are as follows. *** The staff member who checked us into the property tried to get me to pay him cash for a security deposit even though the deposit had already been charged to my credit card. I've visited Mexico nearly 20 times and have learned to be cautious in these scenarios. I politely declined to pay and he did not push the issue. *** The laundry machine did not work although it was nearly new. Eventually the staff had a maintenance person come and fix it. It had never been set up properly from when it was unpackaged from the box. By the time it was repaired, we had already paid someone to do our laundry separately so we did not get to use them equipment to find out if it worked. *** If you have your own vehicle, as we did, the process for getting into the underground parking is inefficient. You have to pull into the entrance ramp and then send somebody walking down the sidewalk and inside the lobby to ask them to open it for you. We came and went many times throughout our 10 days, so this was very frustrating after a while. *** Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would recommend it.

Just be careful

The place is nice, the room is also very pretty. The issue was that the room was dirty. The showers had hair strands and the trash cans had toilet paper inside. Our towels were dirty with stains. Our contract said that there would be people cleaning daily and it did not happen. Also be careful with your personal stuff. They are not aware at the lobby of who comes in and out and because of that someone stole one of our iPhones in the pool area, luckily we caught her on time and she returned the phone. There is no Tupperware, no trash bags and please check your bedsheets before going to bed. It was just our experience, just watch out.
