GENERAL RULES
WELCOME!
It's a pleasure to welcome you into your MIDTOWN home 2. We are very happy to have the opportunity to serve you, our goal is to have a very pleasant stay.
We kindly suggest you take a moment of your valuable time to read this document in which you will find important information to ensure an enjoyable vacation.
1.- Visiting hours are from 8:00 a.m. in the morning until 10:00 p.m., after 10:00 P.M., loud music or any noise that offends the rest of the other Owners and/or guests is prohibited,
If you have complaints or detect that this rule is being violated, a courtesy call will be made to help us maintain respect for the rest of others, if it is necessary to insist on our part, we will proceed to cut the electricity service of your condominium, in the extreme case that you continue to affect the other tenants in the building, we will proceed against our will to support us with the local authorities so that you evict the facilities without the right to reimbursement of any kind.
2.- Visits to the property are not allowed after 10 PM.
Visits will also not be allowed in case the condominium is within its limit of people allowed by type of condominium and these are:
I study up to 3 people.
All visits at the permitted times must be registered with the security guard and leave a valid official identification with photograph, which will be given to them at the time they leave the Property without exception of people.
Visitors have limited access to the condominium, they are not allowed to use common areas such as swimming pool.
Any visit must be notified to the security guard in turn, for security reasons and order will not be allowed entry to any person who is not previously announced by the Owner or by guests.
It is forbidden to throw garbage from windows, balconies or in public areas. In case of being caught during the act or checking that the garbage was generated by your condominium you will have a penalty charge of $100 USD that will be applied to the statement of the violating condominium, so the Owner will be informed immediately to make sure to collect the money from the violator and not be affected economically.
Do not allow children under the age of 12 to use elevators without the company of an adult. In addition to being an unnecessary risk, any damage to the premises due to negligence or lack of caution will generate a charge to the account of the owner of the violating condominium for the cost of the appropriate repair. Please be respectful when making use of the property's facilities.
5.- The property is pet friendly, however, these must remain inside the condominiums and not in common areas.
We ask that when taking your pets for a walk make sure to take them on their leash, in case of an eventual accident inside the building, the Pet Owner must clean the affected area.
RULES OF USE OF POOL AND TERRACE
Pool hours are 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. No one is allowed to enter after the indicated time.
1.- You must wear suitable clothes for swimming in the pool, you can only use it in a swimsuit. T-shirts and shorts are not allowed. Children under the age of 4 must wear a special diaper under their bathing suits to prevent them from contaminating the water.
By regulation and safety it is forbidden to smoke, take food and introduce glass or glass of any kind into the pool. The person who is caught violating this rule, or leaving trash in the area will be charged a fine of 100 USD without exception of person. By Mexican Official Rule, the consumption of any type of illegal drug is prohibited in all public areas of the Condominium, so that anyone who is caught using any type of drug will be consigned to the authorities.
3.- It is forbidden to climb coolers to the pool area.
4.- It is forbidden to throw any type of nails into the pool.
5.- The music in the terrace area must be at a volume that does not affect other guests.
6.- The Owners Association and the Administration of the complex does not assume any responsibility derived from the misuse of the pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult, please take into account the regulations of this area and please be respected.
It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool and it is forbidden to enter the pool after the use of lotions, creams or medications applied to the skin.
8.- The closing time of the rooftop area is at 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to enter the pool after closing time, we have scheduled every day the cleaning of the same to ensure that the water is always clean.
9.- For your own safety, it is not allowed to play with soccer balls, etc. It will be an exception if MIDTOWN 2 management organizes it.
10.- It is forbidden to climb the planters that are in the pool for the safety of the guest.
11.- After 10:00pm it is forbidden to be in the terrace area.
If you have complaints or detect that any closure of the aforementioned regulation is being violated, a courtesy call will be made in the first stay, if it is necessary to insist with a 2nd call for attention, as a sanction, a maintenance fee corresponding to the type of unit in which the offender is hosted will be charged, in case of not accepting and covering said sanction, the services in general will be denied until the payment of the sanction is made.
The security personnel who protect and serve in the complex will ensure that this regulation is complied with, so in the event that you need to report any inconvenience that directly affects you, please do so directly in the lobby, your report will be kept anonymous for obvious reasons.
