"İlk giriş yaparken personeller çok yardımcı oldular ama odamız temiz değildi banyo ve odaya öylesine paspas atılmıştı saçlar vardı yerde. Kahvaltı açık büfe olmamasına rağmen saat 10dan sonra alınca ücretli olması çok saçma. Sonuçta standart ürünler. En azından saat biraz daha geç olabilir tatildeyiz yani. Mesela 10dan sonra sıcak kahvaltı olmuyor denebilir ama tüm kahvaltının olmamasını anlamadık. Bir de gece bir pike daha istemek için resepsiyonu aradığımızda bu saatte personel yok getiremeyiz...

"This is a nice adult only hotel. It is little bit outside central Alanya but you can get to central in just few minutes with a taxi. Hotel has a pool and you can also use the beach club they are connected with. Is you have mobility issues this might not be the best option as it has stairs and no elevator. Hotels manager and staff are their asset. All are professional, nice and ready to help with any problems you might have."

"The only positive thing was nice staff, everything else terrible. The room was awful, smelling like an ashtray (I bet there has neen inside smoking) and nothing helped, bathroom unclean and molded, all noise 24/7 came to the room from the corridor, the street and an awful beachclub next to the hotel. We didnt sleep the first night basically at all because of the drunken people making noise and the bad smell. We left the next day, couldnt take the unpleasent noisy and smelling room anymore. Also...

"My stay at Royal Hotel was from 1/7-15/7-24. I will from my heart not recommend this hotel for anyone. The first days, the host was chatty, but he was rude and talking bad to me and I saw how he treated the others at the hotel bad. In the morning at breakfast, he would stand and look on people and controlling how much breakfast they are taking and make sure they dont take to much, even. He was so unplesant, i will not recommend this stay for anyone! "

"Otele girerken kaliteli ve temiz bir yer olduğunu hemen fark ediyorsunuz. Otel personeli çok ilgili. Konaklayanlar seviyeli insanlar. Kahvaltı ortamı güzel,temiz ve düzenli. Plaja, eğlence mekanlarına ve merkeze çok yakın. Her gün odamıza temizlik hizmeti söylemeden sunuldu. Erika hanıma, Yusuf beye, ve Kıyam beye ilgi ve samimiyet lerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Biz ailecek çok rahat ettik. Eylül ayı başı gibi tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum."

"Wir waren vor 22 Jahren schon mal in diesem Hotel. Alles ist neu gemacht worden und alle Angestellten sind immer noch so freundlich und zuvorkommend wie damals. Betten sind super bequem, Essen hervorragend und riesige Auswahl. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder dort sein. Klare Empfehlung "

"The location of the place is great—if it's your first time in Alanya and you're thinking of staying near the beach, this is a good spot. The best part is the team running it: it's a family with their two kids who make everyone feel very comfortable. The issues the hotel has are typical of an older building. But the location is unbeatable! And the Turkish coffee is great too. "

"Very close access to the beach, but at 19:00 gate was closed, clean room , good food. We arrived in hotel at 21:00, desk teller was unwelcoming, not anyone give water or tea, just give some hotel rules, what was shocked us: shezlongs, umbrellas, towels just in rent for €2 each every day, for use safe in room, we paid $35, we didn’t bring food , water in room ???, just need buy in hotel bar for 4time exspenciver than in any supermarkets, give just 2 bottles water in room for 9 days stay in...
