"el hotel necesita una actualizacion, es un edificio moderno pero necesita mucho mantenimiento, da la impresion que han hecho renovaciones pero parciales (rodapie es antiguo). Las toallas de muy mala calidad, viejas para un hotel de esta categoria. El desayuno un sinfin de opciones. El hotel deberia implementar un sistema para que los huespedes no reserven las hamacas de la playa durante horas por la mañana sin estar presentes"

"Very wonderful visit. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Room was cleaned and the staff was very helpful if I needed anything. My room key didn’t work after 1,5 weeks but the staff was very quick and fixed the issue and I got new room for rest of my visit. Also I got wonderful taxi service from hotel to Phuket airport. Highly recommend, it was wonderful to always have little chats with the staff. Thank you very much!"

"Hemos pasado 15 noches en este resort, por problemas aereos, llegamos un dia tarde y les pude mandar un correo comunicandolo y nos esperaban sin ningún problema, recepción rapida! "The hotel needs renovacion...the rooms are stinky, the mainpool closed because of renovacion, as well the breakfast room. Full of chinese people....we booked Deluxe room and we had a room with view to the backside of the hotel and the kitchen. The next day we where complaining because this was not what we payed and expected and they changed us to Hive Hotel - the same stars but a loooooot better!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights while in Khao Lak. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check-in a bit earlier as we were moving from our previous location. They also shared tips for Khao Lak and were available when needed. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new as well (we were staying at Seashell house which is located 3 min walking from the main property). The area around is lively and full of shops and restaurants, as well as conveniently close to the beach....
