"So overall, the stay was okay. As far as the comfortability, not so good. The beds were completely uncomfortable. They were so firm, that it felt like you were sleeping on a rock. I couldn't get much sleep, tossed and turned a lot. The rooms air, was so muggy, that me and my baby, literally could smell mildew in the air. It actually felt, suffocating. I had to buy air freshener, just in case I would run into something like that. You see the thing about me, is that I am a clean freak. Last but...

"The hotel itself is stunning, with the exception of some issues with the room which according to reviews from two weeks prior is just stuff they either refuse to deal with or issues in several rooms, however most of my interactions with staff they came off as very unwelcoming and condescending, but the few that were genuine and nice made it worth the stay. "

"What a great spot. My son and I were in town for the Wild game and I found this hotel using the Expedia search. Got a suite with two fully separate bedrooms, a living room and large washroom, for the same price as most others were asking for a two queen bed room! The building is a converted nunnery from the early 20th century, and they've done a really nice job of it. Included a nice breakfast and small gym. Staff was great as well. Parking is not included, had to park at the adjacent world...

"I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. "

"Hotel staff were great! The swimming pool however was not. Very green to the point that we didn’t even go in. Kids were disappointed. With the way it was- It should have been closed but was not. Everything else was okay though and overall good stay! "
