Upon arrival I was given just my checking card and it had two different room numbers written on the card when I asked which one was to clarify the hotel manager looked at me not at his head and pointed a direction I said okay so is this number and he just nodded his head and pointed again. The tub was so slick I had to go buy bath mats to put in it. The built in shower METAL fold down chair was also extremely dangerous. There was also a sharp spot in the center of the tub floor that cut my babys foot. And its just part of the tub. There were all kinds of spots on the blankets, I went and bought blanket sets for the beds. "Excellent staff, friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel has a great location, the suite was very spacious, but the shower had a bit of mold and we found trash behind the beds (perhaps an oversight by housekeeping). Even so, we loved it and plan to return. Special thanks to Jay at the front ..."
