"모든게 매우 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 최고의 위치로 트램 타기도 편하고 식당들도 많아 편리 했어요. 한가지 불편했던건 샤워가 일어서서 할수 없는 구조라 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 욕실과 화장실 잠금이 잘 되지 않아 좀 불편했어요. 하지만 그외 위치,서비스, 청결 모두 매우 만족이였습니다. 일행 4명 모두 샤워기 구조 외에는 매우 만족해 했습니다. 지내는동안 즐거웠습니다. "

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "Walking distance to everywhere. Located in the center of all attractions in Nice. They had no more regular room so I booked a suite and it was just perfect for 2. There was even a washer- dryer. It was excellent! Room clean and dishes washed every day. I searched a lot and I am very satisfied with my stay !"

"Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to explore Nice by foot. Very close to Durandy Tram stop and 15 mins walk to Nice Ville railway station. Room was lovely, v clean with Nuxe toiletries and well equipped with hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, safe, drinking water and fridge. Air con worked great. Comfy beds. Really could ask for much more."

"It was difficult to get into the hotel. I arrived in the evening and no one was at the desk. I needed to check messages on Expedia for the instructions on how to get in the front door and get my room key. Entrance is small and requires going up a flight of stairs. Once I made contact with staff via text and WhatsApp, they were very helpful. My room was well furnished and clean. TV needed to be repaired which was completed by my second night. "We loved staying at Hotel Neptune. Its proximity to the tram, beach and promenade, restaurants, etc, were perfect. The size of the room was just fine for two travelers and our suitcases. We didn’t unpack as there’s room to do so but were able to hang up a few items. The full shower was great as well."
