"Older house in good condition. Spacious house (even for 8 people) and nice floor plan with Master bedroom on one side and 3 bedrooms on other side. Nice Pool area with heater that heats up water by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. Great location by canal and close to shops. Good value for price, we were happy. Nice German property manager."

"Not only is the house beautiful, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was as good as it could be. They were very accommodating at check in and even sent over the property manager to check on the WiFi when they noticed it wasn’t running as it should be. "This is a beautiful and spacious house. Less than a half mile to the beach, so we walked each time. This gave us the opportunity to see a lot of wildlife along the intercostal. The house had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay was out of this world. The house and pool are located in the perfect spot If you like to go to more than one of the surrounding beaches. The first night we cooked out and stayed by the pool. The pool was clean the entire house was spotless. The house had everything you could think of including beach necessities. I will be booking again in the future."

"Our stay was from March 8th - March 18th, 2024. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The grandkids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed sitting around outside just chilling. Our 8 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock- he caught several fish! We had a wonderful time ."

"It was a beautiful property and neighborhood. Everything and more that we had hoped for swam daily in the pool. Breathtaking view when you walk in the house. We saw the alligator that was exciting. Central to everything we visited from Boca grand and Englewood Beach to Punta Gorda restaurant and the quaint small town of Arcadia. Would definitely return to this house"

"I can't say enough great things about this house. The location was awesome. A very short walk to the beach, a bit longer of a walker to the dock (but it's really close too, especially if you have a golf cart). The dock is a shared dock. We shared with two other boats while there. It wasn't a problem. I only point it out because me telling the golf cart rental company that it was a "private dock" caused some confusion. The outdoor shower was awesome. We got home last Friday. We're almost done...
