Camera 4 is on the outside of the home, facing the driveway. Camera 5 is on the side of the home, facing the electric chargers. Camera 6 is on the pump house, facing the water filtration system. Excellent place to stay as we prepared for a wedding

Incredible vacation rental as we were in town to prepare for a wedding. Great communication with the property manager who was available to answer any questions immediately. The property was clean, spacious, and lots of "extras" provided that made our stay comfortable and relaxing.Just a heads up...the road to the vacation rental is a curvy, mountain road for about 3-4 miles. Go slow, and proceed cautiously but it certainly shouldn't be anything to keep anyone from coming. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks to all involved in managing this property to make our daughter's wedding preparation amazing!

Second Visit

Our second booking/visit with Cedar Pines. Chris, as always, is a fantastic host. Our previous suggestions were considered and we saw lots of improvements.Close proximity to (about 20 minutes) drive to a supermarket and another 20-30 mins to more chain markets. Highly recommend this place as a stay!

Girl’s Trip

It was a great home for our trip to enjoy the Apple Hill area. It had all the needed amenities and we especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area with the hot tub, fire pits, corn hole game, and the lighted trees were impressive!

Wedding Weekend

Thank you so much to Chris and the team at 24 Pines! It was such a perfect home for our son and the groomsmen for the wedding weekend! We gained the sweetest and most beautiful daughter-in-law! There was plenty of room, the grounds were beautiful and all of the amenities were way more than expected! Thank you for your hospitality!

Amazing place

My family stayed here for a short weekend trip. The house is amazing. It is exactly as described, very clean, and has all the amenities you could need. The host, Chris, was incredibly responsive to all our questions and accommodated our late arrival by ensuring lights were on to make it easier on us. The location is great and there is a lot to do nearby and on the property. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer! Hope to come back again another time. Thanks, Chris!

Comfortable and great for familes

This was a very clean and peaceful property. It offers a lot of opportunity for relaxation and fun for all ages. Unfortunately, it was cold and rainy for the weekend we stayed, so we were disappointed to not be able to sit around the fire pits for smores. Everyone thought the beds and pillows were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. This is a great property to sit back and relax outdoors. Chris provides great communication of what to expect, how things work, and issues that may have come up from prior visitors. Thanks for a great weekend and we'll look to stay here again if we have opportunity to be in Placerville.

Perfect getaway weekend!

We came here to host a murder mystery for my and my friends and the property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep (comfy too) and the best dining room table for hours of quality time and entertainment. The wet bar next to the kitchen was perfect to not have everyone in the same area at the same time. We will definitely be planning another stay here in the future. Wood burning fire place was also so nice since it was pretty cold out, so it made it very cozy!

Fantastic Winter Trip

Absolutely wonderful stay. The owner was incredibly responsive to questions during our stay. I really appreciate the vast amount of games and amenities that the home offered. This getaway had pretty much everything you would want in a stay. I'll detail some below: 1. Water Pressure Strong and HOT. I love SEARING hot water and the bathrooms here had it. 2. Extra blankets for lounging! Sometimes lounging outside you want to wrap yourself in a blanket to get that little extra warmth. 3. The couch/living room area was a great social gathering area! We wished the TV was a bit bigger but overall it was fantastic. 4. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash were provided and it's not the janky cheap brand. The product was Tre' Siemme or whatever it's called. Dove body wash was also provided. 5. The individually wrapped house slippers were a fantastic touch to the sheer amount of people we had. 6. the kitchen appliances were everything you need. we just would like additional kitchen counter space for food preparations. This feedback was provided to the owner and he is looking to build something that works with the space. Thank you, Chris! 7. Overall, the space was clean and just a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend the place.

Gorgeous vacation home on private 5 acres

We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous vacation rental home.The home was clean, the bed was comfortable and the owners provided numerous amenities to ensure everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the billiard and game room. I highly recommend playing the Wizard of Oz slot machine (for entertainment only). We also liked sitting outdoors on the covered porch enjoying nature and the wildlife. The trees are lighted around the perimeter at night creating a magical ambiance. Our fur baby loved the designated dog area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including an extra large kitchen table. We appreciated the owner communicating with us prior to our stay to make sure we had a five star stay, which we did!. The location is within 6 miles from restaurants, downtown placerville, and numerous parks and walking trails. We highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon. Thank you Chris!

Twenty-Four Pines

This is a fabulous, spacious, clean, beautiful property with a great, responsive host. I rented the property for two nights to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. We had a party of eight, and the house had plenty of space and amenities for everyone to enjoy! I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!!!

The amenities were awesome and grandkids loved all the games, the “cool tub” and making s’mores by the fire pit! The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the giant kitchen table was great for the whole family. The kids did movie night, right in the dining room while eating dinner and dessert!

Casinos in wine tasting

This site is 30-40 minutes to Redhawk casino and several wineries in the area. We were a party of 8 and were pleasantly surprised with very nice accommodations. Coffee and snacks were available along games and a pool table. 6 queen beds and a King were sufficient for our needs. Would highly recommend.

Lovely vacation

We had a great vacation at 24 Pines! The place is very clean and spacious; the kids (and adults) loved the playroom and the hot tub. We had all the facilities we needed - and extra. We felt so comfortable in the dining room because of the large table. Chris was so lovely and helped us with all we needed. Definitely recommend it to our friends.

Fantastic vacation property

This amazing property was perfect for our group of 7 adults, 3 children and 1 dog to enjoy the snow. The owners of this beautiful house have paid attention to every detail, creating a fun and welcoming environment with comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and numerous extras (slippers, cozy blankets, snacks, chargers in convenient locations, lots of Duraflame logs and so much more). The game room and hot tub were big hits. After having stayed at properties that were not at their best, this house was a refreshing change—recently remodeled and exceptionally clean. The owner was attentive and clearly communicated all the information needed to make the most of our stay.

Amazing property and host

A perfect vacation home, in the middle of the greenery. We were the first guests after the house got remodeled, we were overwhelmed with the arrangements. It was the luckiest opportunity to experience every new thing in the home. Yes, from doormat to spoon in the kitchen everything was new. The house was welcoming with a beautiful setup of the Front yard, Living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The Pool table, arcade game system, slot machines kept our kids occupied and the complimentary snacks. Group of friends wanted to hangout during Thanksgiving break. This was a perfect home. Kitchen was stacked with every vessel needed, spices, cutleries, we got to experience the latest models of kitchen appliances, washer dryer, grill. We couldn’t believe we enjoyed so much in the kitchen and spent time in cooking, baking; we just had to be careful with the knives as they are brand new and super sharp. The Casita model of the house was fun for kids to walk up and down from one side to another. The smart lights and fans were cool, and heater all the controls worked perfectly. The instructions provided inside the house for the usage of the appliances, carpet were helpful. Indoor and outdoor felt very relaxing, we enjoyed the Barbeque grill. Sufficient parking space and electric charging points available. One of our friends had a dog and he also enjoyed running around the open area outside the home. We spotted a few deer. The drive from Sacramento to this home was fun and we could see a little bit of fall colors as we got closer to the home. One of the days, visited Eldorado National Forest for sometime but wanted to be back soon and spend time at home.
