Step into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances that make cooking a breeze. The spacious living area opens up to one of the three decks, each providing a unique perspective of the stunning surroundings. Enjoyed our stay

The townhouse was very nice. I guess we missed in the description that you could only go by pontoon to town as this is on an island. Also, make sure you tell your taxi driver to take Sunset Point Road - we don't know where the name Manatee came into place and our taxi wanted to take us to the Manatee Inn which is not the right place.

Christmas Vacation in Paradise

This place was fantastic. We stayed over Christmas, and it was an amazing trip. The location, the locals, the property manager- everything top notch. We loved how close to town this place was and how easy it was to get around.

Great Vacation!

This condo is located within walking distance of the main portion of Placencia but is protected by a canal which adds a level of safety to your stay. Edwin or his family members were always available to ferry us across to the other side. The unit itself had a very efficient design and was in good shape. The two bedrooms are on the main floor and the kitchen, living room, and deck make up the second floor. There is a private palapa on the roof which still gets good wifi coverage and makes a great area to enjoy the sun or a cool breeze. The only inconvenience we experienced was limited wifi connectivity in the back bedroom. The condo just hired a new property management company and Jack was very responsive in addressing any concerns we had. The diving out of Placencia was excellent, although it does require an hour+ boat ride out to the reef. If you are into diving I would recommend Silk Caye and Glover's Reef. We also enjoyed renting motorcycles for the day up in Hopkins. There are some excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries in Placencia, with Rumfish y Vino being our favorite. This was our first trip to Placencia and everyone agreed that it exceeded our expectations.

Great condo, clean and spacious, nicely equipped.

Edwin, the property manager was great! Very helpful with recommending excursions. The property was clean and close to restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely go again!! My only negative is the pool could use a few more chairs.

A week in paradise!

Words cannot describe how amazing Lisa's townhouse and the village of Placencia is. We spent a week in paradise! The townhouse is immaculate and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We rented two townhomes for 8 people. Lisa's townhome was by far the best! Edwin and his family are simply amazing! So kind, genuine and helpful! He arranged for us to meet with an amazing tour guide (Akeem -Cultural Experience Belize) and we explored several beautiful islands. There we a few days where we simply hung around the pool and we were delighted to see eagle ray's and numerous starfish right in front of the townhouse. The trip could not have been any more perfect and that is truly because of the the townhome, its location, Edwin and family, and the many wonderful people we met in Placencia! We will definately be back!

Spectacular property!

We loved the beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed townhouse in Placencia! The views were amazing! The pool was awesome! Edwin was so helpful! He set up exceptional excursions deep sea fishing and snorkeling! Our group of four caught 5 barracudas, 14 strawberry groupers, and huge snapper and used the grill on top floor thatched hut! Snorkeling outing included two islands with nurse shark, 3 huge turtles, stingrays, dolphins & so many beautiful fish in the reef! We went zip lining and visited the amazing Myan Ruins! Thank you Edwin! We will definitely stay here again in a the near future! Loved this townhouse & trip! Thank you!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation in Placencia. The townhouse was clean, had beautiful views and equipped with everything we needed. A short 10 minute walk to town where we found wonderful places to eat and very friendly people. Can't say enough about Edwin and his lovely family! Always kind, friendly and so willing to help and answer questions. Favorites were watching the sunsets from the dock, sampling the local food and restaurants, zip lining in the jungle and reef snorkeling with lunch at Ray Caye. Wonderful vacation and highly recommend this property.

Amazing

Second time to Placencia and it never disappoints. Edwin the caretaker is amazing and will help with any need (cutting coconuts for the kids, helping with excursions, recommendations, etc). Highly recommend staying here.

Location was excellent! Edwin (caretaker) referred us to the best tour guide for our excursions, he responded to all our requests in a timely fashion. The area is peaceful, the pool is perfect, and everything works perfectly! Would definitely rent again :-)

Beautiful property!

Modern, new condo, tastefully decorated, located walking distance to town yet tucked away to offer the tranquil ocean breeze. Although the property requires a 10-second boat ride to access, Edwin and his family are always there and prompt to help. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

Gorgeous property

Lisa's property was fantastic. It was clean, inviting, and in a beautiful location. Communication with Lisa and Edwin was smooth and easy. The beds were comfortable, rooms stayed cool despite temps around 90 degrees with 80% humidity. Traveling back and forth across the canal was easy, we used Edwin and Harold to boat us across, we also used the small paddle boats to get over. Edwin was able to get us lined up with KG for the Monkey River boat tour and snorkeling/fishing. Edwin also arranged a cab for us to the airport. Things that were a must for us; laundry soap (we brought Lucky Fiji laundry sheets), a couple bars of soap for the shower, and some spices for our fish (there are some spices in the cabinet also). We got to meet Edwin and a few members of his family, the cats and dog, all super friendly but not intrusive. The pool was warm and inviting, water was clean (it was posted by someone else that it was cloudy). The grounds were immaculate. The walk to town was easy and well lit at night, the food was good in town, we also grilled our fish at home. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation, we hope to be back in Placencia soon.

Excellent choice

Very clean and comfortable condo. The only problems we had were a lack of water pressure at the kitchen sink, especially the Hot, and the upstairs bath toilet that flushed rather weakly. I think the upstairs TV remote is on its last leg. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic. The ferry service made the fact that the condo is accross the canal no problem at all.

The perfect vacation spot! I’m coming back.

Placencia and the townhouse make for a fantastic vacation. The townhouse is clean and very well maintained. Lot’s of food and activities nearby! Edwin, the townhouse caretaker, made the trip even better. He is a wealth of knowledge and can help any aspect of our vacation. I will definitely come back here!

Stop looking at other places to stay in Placencia. Edwin and his family were fantastic! The unit was perfect and had the most beautiful views. We did not need a thing, the unit was well stocked. 1. Beautiful townhouse in a lovely village.

We truly enjoyed our week in Placencia. Edwin and his family were so helpful. Getting across the canal was never a problem. If you want to do any excursions have Edwin book them for you. We went snorkeling and to the Monkey River with KJ and they were great. We were the first boat at both places. We wish we had done our fishing charter through Edwin. The town is lovely. It is a 10 or 15 minute walk into town. We enjoyed it, but you can take the bikes if you would rather. Great place for a vacation.

Superbe propriété, telle que présentée, bien située, très propre. Avant le départ, Lisa, la propriétaire a toujours répondu rapidement à mes questions et sur place, Edwin, à été très disponible. Les appareils fonctionnaient bien et les lits étaient très confortables. La piscine a été très appréciée lorsque nous avions envie de paresser à la maison. Si je retourne à Placencia, ce sera sans aucun doute là-bas.

The condo is lovely; enjoyed the roof top patio, lovely view and you can get a breeze up there. We had very hot weather, enjoyed the air conditioning and bedrooms in the basement. The home is new and is comfortable, quiet and feels very safe especially with a canal. My husband and father really enjoyed fishing from the dock in the evening. The 4 bikes were very handy and in great shape. There were a few issues I should point out: - Shower handle in the master bathroom kept falling off. This was mentioned in a previous comment in February. - Was very disappointed with the poor condition of the inflatable kayaks. They were not usable and should be removed as a feature from the listing. - The heat from the clothes dryer is basically non-existent. - One point worthy of mentioning is; Edwin and his son Kevin are always available to transport guests to the other side of the canal; however, this service is only from 7:00 am-10:00 Pm. These hours worked fine for us but I could see if a person wanted to do a night out on the town they would be disappointed that they had a curfew. - The pool water was always milky; I think there must be a problem with the filters. - Thought we paid enough per night for the unit the $80 US cleaning fee was excessive. Overall we enjoyed our stay; and would recommend this property.

Nice condo and location. Edwin and family are very nice. The condo could use more supplies. Only 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels. Come prepared with your own soap and toilet paper. Pool is very picturesque and we saw dolphins off of the dock in the evening. Also fun to paddle the kayaks into town for a meal. Great restaurants in town! Very nice place to stay with a family of 4. Another family we were traveling with stayed in another condo in the same complex.
