Two singles beds after requesting a king told they’re fully booked can’t change anything it’s in the small print even through I booked months in advance. I checked the website plenty of rooms available. No information given on the pool or any amenities only our room number. Then a reception member of staff let themselves into our room as we sleep, no explanation or apology given. Bar staff are absolutely terrible 4 members couldn’t handle 25 guests. Didn’t come around to take orders but don’t want you ordering at the bar. Closed food service 1 hour and 15 minutes early without informing guests because it was too hot in a fully air conditioned hotel. Closed the bar one hour early. Was not asked how our stay was at check out. Then the kicker after we checked out and sat at the bar for a drink. My husband went up and paid and as we walked out a member of staff ran after us screaming that we had to pay. Making us out to be thieves in front of other guests and humiliating us. I went to find the manager who apologised for all the things that happens and said she would refund our stay through points which we did not receive. I made a scene at reception and she obviously lied about the refund so other guests wouldn’t hear how awful hotel is. Single beds, room entry, being accused of thievery and lying by management of a refund that never came is how I would sum up this stay. Find a hostel you be safer and treated better. The worst hotel stay we ever experienced

Pas de lumière dans les toilettes, les ampoules de lampe de chevet qui tombent toute seule, le sèche cheveux sans bouton avec fils dénudés, qui bien entendu ne fonctionne pas , le serveur du petit déjeuner qui ne vous dit pas un mot......bref déplorable, a fuir!!!! Ne correspond en aucun cas au confort d'un 4 étoiles,aïs vous en payez le prix!¡!!

!!! THIS HOTEL HAS A BED BUG INFESTATION PLEASE BE CAREFUL !!! This hotel is a disgrace. DO NOT STAY HERE. Not now and not in the near future. As you can see from other reviews: they do not take health concerns such as bed bugs seriously. There was bed bugs in our room, which we told to multiple members of staff. We were not taken seriously and not offered any sort of compensation or solution. It was basically: leave or stay in the bed bug-infested room. This hotel clearly has an issue they are not dealing with (please also look at the other reviews). The staff treated us horrendously and denied to offer us any help. We did not get a refund because of our non-refundable booking. You would hope that a bed bug-infestation is an exception to this policy, but apparently the hotel management is happy to put their guests at risk. Despite multiple reports, they have not addressed the issue and the hotel has a current and active infestation of bed bugs. They pretend to care in response to negative reviews, but our experience has been anything but positive. We were not met with a single sliver of empathy from staff and were not offered any help. Instead: we first had to sleep on the floor of our room, and then were told to wait and wait until the manager could provide a response (which she/he did not do, instead opting to only respond to our rep from Hotels.com and not us ). This hotel is an absolute mess. Please reconsider staying here if you value your own health and sanity.
