PROPERTY LAYOUT

Our property is perfectly situated atop Mt. Washington, close to Shiloh St. but far enough to be a quiet area. The entry to the property has a vestibule, followed by a foyer that leads directly to a flight of ~20 stairs to the main part of the home. On the second floor, straight ahead you`ll find the half bath. From the front to back of this floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, and the lower floor bedroom with a queen bed. Off the kitchen hallway is a small outdoor patio.
Up to the third floor, at the top of the stairs is the shared full bathroom. From front to back you`ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed + desk along, with the attached full bathroom. The middle bedroom features a queen bed. The back bedroom features a king bed as well, and can be accessed through either the middle bedroom, or a separate set of stairs behind the kitchen.
The top floor contains the rooftop patio, bar area, wine fridge, and table.

Our entire property is at your disposal, with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet.

**`Don`t trust your stay to someone far way!`**

Mt. Washington is all about the views! Set at 450` above the city, our area is known for it`s world-class skyline viewing. Easy to navigate to and from, you`re just a few minutes from Station Square, Southside, North Side, downtown, and plenty of other attractions in the city.

We recommend using Uber or Lyft to navigate in Pittsburgh. It`s a notoriously difficult city to drive in (but we have little traffic!) They`re affordable and abundant. If you do choose to drive in the city, we offer free street parking with two dedicated spots.

While we happily host children, parents should know that this property has multiple staircases (entrance, front of house, back of house) and so it may not be suitable for young children that are at risk of falling on stairs.

We also require all guests to verify their identity via a valid ID + selfie, collected through our secure, third party software.
1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only; PLEASE no butts on the ground. A minimum $3,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of 14 persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. Hosts do not inspect child amenities between stays, and any injuries resulting from their use are 100% guest-related.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
6. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out, other than starting the dishwasher. However, we don`t expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.
7. Host happily invites children with the following stipulations:
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary baby proofing
- Guest must thoroughly inspect any provided child items, including but not limited to high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates, etc. Host does not & will not inspect these items for liability reasons; Guest assumes full liability for use.

Quiet and clean with a nice view

Check in process was super easy, the property was clean and has all the amenities you might need.The upper deck was awesome, we spent most of our nights in the city there just chilling. Great view!

Pgh Visit

Expectations were exceeded! Clean, well furnished, and very spacious. Updated property in an established neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Unique layout provided room for everyone in our group to spread out. Location was great! Reserved on-street parking was a bonus. Hosts were extremely responsive. Will definitely book again next time we are in town.

Lovely View, Close to Everything

Very hip yet comfortable. Awesome view of downtown Pittsburgh and a quick drive to many things, walkable to some conveniences. Loved the coffee beans provided for coffee and host was easy to contact for questions.
