Continue toward the back of the home, where the dining table seats eight comfortably. Just beyond that, the kitchen island provides extra prep space and casual seating. At the rear, the fully stocked kitchen includes high-end appliances and opens directly to the private backyard patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine under the stars.

Second Floor – Bedrooms & Shared Bathroom
Head upstairs to find three beautifully furnished bedrooms and a full bathroom.
• The front bedroom offers a king Sleep Number bed and Smart TV.
• The middle bedroom features a queen Tuft & Needle mattress.
• The rear bedroom also includes a queen Zinus Green Tea mattress and lots of natural light.

1. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed—please dispose of butts responsibly. A $1,000+ cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.

2. Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 4, with a total cap of 12 people on the property at any time.

3. Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.

4. Chore-Free Checkout
No cleaning is expected or required from guests, but excessive messes (e.g. abundant stains, excessive trash) will incur a $40/hr cleaning fee.

5. No Late Checkouts Without Approval
Late departures disrupt cleaning. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged \$75 per 30 minutes.

6. Flexible Rebooking Policy
If you cancel outside the refund window and we rebook your dates, we’ll refund any rebooked nights—because we don’t believe in double-dipping.

7. No Daily Housekeeping
The home is fully cleaned before your stay. Fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies are included. Mid-stay cleanings available for an extra fee.

8. No Pets Allowed
To protect guest sensitivities, pets are not permitted. A $300 deep cleaning fee applies if evidence is found.

9. Children Welcome – With Full Adult Responsibility
Children are warmly welcomed, but must be supervised at all times—indoors and out.
