"It’s an older hotel, the other side of the bridge from Edinburgh so cheaper by miles. It’s decent with plenty of parking. Bar is open 24 hours in the foyer. Breakfast was decent hot and cold buffet style. Would stay again."

"Avoid at all costs!
My self and a work colleague stoped here for 4 nights.
Checking into my room I was shocked at how dated everything was. I unpacked and later had a shower. The shower blew up in my hands to the point I was stood with just a hose. I told reception and they weren’t bothered at all I thought am here for 4 nights a bath will do, night 2 zero hot water at all
My colleagues room had no hot water on 1st arrival so requested a room change

"Conveniently close to the airport. Need more front desk staff. People check-in in waves resulting in a long line. Twice there wa only one person at the counter. Thankfully a second person arrived while I was waiting. I estimated a 50 minute wait time and the second person shaved about 20 minutes off my wait time."

"We are a family of 4 and arrived after a day of travelling we checked in and the first room given and a smell of urine.
Room was changed but still not enough amenities in the room.
Paid for breakfast & it finishes at 9am where staff were unfriend when we just arrived before 9am. then the staff rushed off for breakfast.

"This hotel has potential but misses the mark. Rooms are tired and in need of some updating. Bathroom was dirty when we arrived and paint was peeling around all the windowsills. Room smelled stale and a little bit like cigarettes.
The staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive and came to my room immediately to clean the bathroom when I mentioned it was dirty. Every staff member from front desk to the restaurant were very helpful and lovely to converse with.
