No doorman on arrival. No electrical outlet on one side of bed. TV system did not work. The room was big and comfortable. No facilities on the beach. Surprise “resort fees” on check out.

It’s just as nice as it looks, some fans are broken and the shower can’t control temp but those are minor considering you are in PR with access to pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay in Crescent Cove at this villa. Both Jay and Carlos were very responsive to whatever we needed ! The view is spectacular from our villa and we loved all the amenities in Palmas Del Mar! We will definitely return!
