"Beach front view was wonderful. Prices were to much . Having to pay for parking in a hotel I paid for was unexpected and expensive . Took until the second day to find the coffee maker . So we had to buy coffee from the hotel . Again another un expecting expense . Popcorn 12, beef jerky 12 parking 30 a day . Soft drink 8 . Added. Up fast at checkout ."

"The property is still under renovation but the location is excellent. The room we had was beautifully updated. It had a great view of the Pacific and the local shoreline. There are good restaurants and shops nearby and wonderful beaches. The parking was a bit crowded in relation to our room due to the ongoing construction but that work is supposed to end next month at some point."

"Only good thing was the beach view. Everything else was meh or not good. Not worth the price. Not sure if staff are new and overwelmed or short staff but both lawn service and maid service were awful."

The only complaint I have is that noise the weekend of June 19-21st was so noisy in the evening when the families with the baseball players returned in the evening, they were very inconsiderate when it came to making loud and yelling noises that could be heard throughout the night, until 2am, even the adults were loud in the courtyards around the hotel rooms. "Staff and customer service is a 5/5 stars. Very helpful staff and communication was spot on. Breakfast was grab and go with bagels, Cream cheese, Danish, muffins coffee and tea. Plenty of food and treats for Everyone. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the pier, a stroll on the beach, and cafes and restaurants. Rooms are standard and basic and clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is great. Even though it states that there is no smoking on the property, a large family staying there was chain smoking at the shared tables the entire time. Started up by 8:00 am and continued until night. It made sitting outside not as enjoyable."

"Expensive for a very outdated property. No tech upgrades. Furniture needs to be refurbished or replaced. Thhey a r e. Cheap with quality: soap, towels. Expect the low end. Our suite was very large, loys of room and storage. Tnwo huge TVs. Bathtub is unsafe. It's difficult to climb in and out. Bar is misplaced. The rubber insert is slippery. The lighting is dull, need more light for reading. It's just old."
