The accommodations are located in a central, well-connected area, just a 9-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from Piazza Dei Miracoli. The hospital is a 15-minute drive away. There’s a bus stop right outside the building, allowing you to get around the city with ease. Free parking is available 10 minutes away, or paid street parking is available.

The apartment is located on the first floor and does NOT have an elevator.

Our Suite Violino apartment was designed to offer you a truly prestigious stay, where modern comfort blends with a musical and relaxing atmosphere.

The Suite consists of:

•Living Room with Open-Concept Kitchen: A spacious, modern, and tastefully furnished space. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a state-of-the-art Smart TV, ideal for your moments of relaxation. The space is enhanced by a violin on display, which lends a unique and poetic character to the room. The open kitchen, both elegant and functional, is seamlessly integrated into the living area’s design. It is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and an espresso machine.

•Double Bedroom: The room features a sumptuous king-size bed with a built-in topper for uncompromising comfort and a second Smart TV. There is also a dedicated desk, designed for those who need a functional workspace (for remote work) without sacrificing elegance.

•Bathroom: The bathroom features a spacious shower with a showerhead, situated in front of a bright window that lends it a special touch of elegance.

•Spacious terrace accessible from the living room, furnished with a wrought-iron table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif outdoors, with the option of sheltering under an extendable awning. At the back of the terrace, a washing machine and a clothesline are available.

Comfort and Technology:
The entire apartment is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi. The climate is controlled by an air conditioning system with two quiet split units (one located in the master bedroom and one in the living room), while the heating is automatically controlled.

Strategically located in a well-served area, the Pianoforte Suite is situated in a district renowned for its local specialties. Without having to use a car, you’ll have immediate access to:
•High-quality restaurants, artisanal pastry shops, and a bakery.
•A supermarket, pharmacy, and shops for daily necessities.

Parking:
•Paid street parking available (free on Sundays);
•“Saba” paid covered parking in Piazza V. Emanuele II;
•Free parking on Via Paparelli (8-minute drive);
•Free parking at the San Giovanni al Gatano Parish.

Amenities for Guests:
Upon arrival, you’ll find a complete bath linen kit for each guest (shower towel, face towel, and bath mat).

Guest Access:
The apartment features self-check-in (from 3:00 PM onwards). All details will be sent automatically a few days before your arrival.
Access to the apartment is gained by opening a common entrance door that leads to a small foyer monitored by a security camera.

Interactions with guests:
Assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
