  • Apartment near the historic center, on the first floor, with a spacious and comfortable terrace, a small garden, and plenty of greenery in front of the house. The street is quiet and has little traffic. The beach and the San Rossore pine forests are just a short walk away.

Great place to stay. A quiet location within easy walking distance of the City walls, Leaning Tower & Duomo. Restaurants & groceries close by.The apartment is a good size with everything you could want, including Aircon.

Abbiamo passato tre giorni meravigliosi. L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e curato nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia era impeccabile. Inoltre, la posizione centrale ci ha permesso di raggiungere tutto a piedi. Grazie per l'ospitalità

Nous n avons pas eu besoin de parking, il y avait des commerces à proximité, nous logions dans ce vaste appartement à deux chambres avec une grande terrasse...un petit parc se trouve à proximité et c est un quartier tranquille à 10 minutes à pied, des "murs" de Pise...

The apartment is the whole second floor. The shower was inconvenient since there’s only a bathtub and the toilet is set awkwardly. The location is close to the main attractions. Host was very responsive online but didn’t speak English.

Very spacious 2 bedroom 1st floor flat. All very clean and easy to park right outside. No complaints whatsoever. The owners are lovely and welcoming.

The property is run by a wonderful elderly couple who sadly speak no English, but were very keen to try to show us around. The property is outdated from the 80’s probably, but clean and in a very quite location, so not suitable for everyone or long stays. If your looking for a quite, quick stay close to Pisa landmark, this is a good find. Thank you to the host for the stay.

L'appartamento era situato in una zona molto tranquilla. In 20 minuti si arriva alla Piazza dei Miracoli a piedi. Il proprietario è molto gentile. L'appartamento è molto pulito e molto attrezzato se sì vuole cucinare li. Lasciano a disposizione del caffè da fare con la Moka che ho apprezzato molto. Grazie mille. Sicuramente ritorneremo!

We had a really great stay in this flat. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owners were genuinely kind and welcoming people who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were always willing to help with anything we needed and were very friendly throughout our stay. You can really feel that they care about their guests. We would happily stay here again.——-Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. Era tutto molto pulito, confortevole e corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione. I proprietari sono persone davvero gentili e accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal momento del nostro arrivo. Erano sempre disponibili ad aiutarci con qualsiasi cosa e sono stati molto cordiali durante tutto il soggiorno. Si percepisce davvero che tengono ai loro ospiti. Saremmo felici di soggiornare qui di nuovo.

I proprietari sono molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili. Accolgono molto volentieri i nostri amici animali. La casa ha una grande terrazza, ed è luminosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, anche se io la svecchierei un po'. Eccellente la posizione, per cui volendo non si tocca l'auto. Collocata nel miglior quartiere della città, completamente recintata, si raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi i luoghi più suggestivi del centro, la piazza dei Miracoli, negozi e servizi. Molto comoda anche per raggiungere rapidamente in auto il centro termale di San Giuliano, Lucca, e l'autostrada. E dall'altro lato l'aeroporto e il mare.

The owners are very kind and attentive! However, the check-in process was quite stressful for us. We didn't receive any information beforehand; they didn't respond to online messages, texts, emails, or calls—it always went straight to voicemail. We went "blind" to the address listed on the site, which made me very uneasy—I didn't know if it was a scam or not, as it was our first time in Italy. When we arrived, they welcomed us warmly and did their best to communicate with us; between my husband and me, we speak three languages, but Italian isn't one of them. I believe they have someone who speaks English and/or Spanish working with them, but that person wasn't there at the time. Another issue was the dust and cleanliness; my allergies flared up badly—to the point where I would wake up during the night. Note: I would recommend bringing insect repellent if you are visiting in October, as there are a lot of mosquitoes & don’t be picky about shower, it’s not a stand up shower, it’s literally a bathtub with a mobile shower head and there’s no support to keep it high. lol

Domaćin je bio izuzetno ljubazan – sve nam je detaljno pokazao i objasnio, zbog čega smo se odmah osjećali dobrodošlo. Smještaj je uredan, čist i prostran, ali u retro stilu, smješten u mirnoj četvrti idealnoj za odmor. Kosi toranj udaljen je oko 15 minuta ugodne šetnje, što je velika prednost lokacije. Jako smo zadovoljni boravkom i rado bismo se ponovno vratili.
