"Hotel still having "teething" problems as only recently reopened. However, the hotel was nearly perfect in that most of the important points were extremely well organised - staff, restaurant, clean room. The only one let down was that the water in the bathroom was luke warm and far from being hot enough to shower. The staff didn't know how to deal with this attempting to say it was the norm - very disappointed and shall stay in my memory whenever I think about this particular hotel."

"This hotel is in a great location, easy walk from central station for getting in to the city, and getting around. Room was a good size, bed was comfy, shower was very good. Did not partake in breakfast, it seemed a tad expensive. Lots of good restaurants and bakeries in the area too."

"The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and that carried all the way through from the staff in the breakfast room to those in the dinner room. The food was amazing and both breakfast and dinner were varied and healthy. The hotel made our stay in Oslo a wonderful experience. Thank you. This is the best hotel I have stayed at!"

"Excellent hotel. Clean, warm and welcoming. Front desk staff were very helpful with information.
The Restaurant was excellent and the staff there, both in the evening and at breakfast were some of the best staff working in hospitality that we have encountered.
Breakfast was excellent, more than enough choice and the items were very good quality. We ate twice in the restaurant. It was excellent and the chef and waiting staff there were very attentive with a member of our party who had some...

"Overall the facility is good and the location is great. One thing I experienced is that the hotel has central heating/AC system. The room temperature is a little low in Oct, but manageable by wearing some warm clothes. However, the cold air from the vent somehow flowed towards where my pillow was. I asked the front desk to help but was told they could help nothing. As a result I ended up waking up with sore throat and running nose. The hotel needs to take some action to address this issue."
