"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious...

"I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Always such friendly staff, and clean. A few things that weren’t the greatest were the elevator. There are two but only one of them seems to be active so waiting for that was a bit sucky. Also the floor by the kitchenette area was a bit sticking up so opening the cubby and fridge was a bit of a pain but manageable. Overall though super happy and would totally go back."
