Providing a comfortable stay for 8 and located just minutes away from Callaway Garden events, amenities and attractions and Georgia's most breathtaking hiking trails in FDR State Park, you are sure to make life long memories here.

Whether you are looking to explore nearby nature and attractions, or to simply relax in the comfort of the cozy screened-in porch, you're sure to fall in love with this Luxury Mountain Villa! Get unplugged but not uncomfortable - we have all the comforts of home and then some. Guests will appreciate two private bedrooms and bathrooms with double vanities, walk in closet and furnished with luxury linens, a full kitchen and laundry area with the necessities provided, and Smart TVs in every room with high-speed video steaming services. The oversized master bedroom has a large sitting area with TV, wet bar, wine glasses, second coffee machine and mini fridge. Really enjoyed the spaciousness! Convenient to things we wanted to do. Only small negative was no coverings on sliding glass doors, so open to villas behind us to see in Look forward to another stay!

When we first arrived I was a bit nervous that it was a duplex. Thankfully it was converted into 1 house and it is very well done. I really like the layout and touches of the old remaining in the house. The windows and tile in the bathrooms seemed to be original. Outside was very nice with the 3 decks off of rooms. The home itself was great and my 6 kids ranging in age from 14-1 had a great time. There are a couple of things you should make note of: This house is not located on the Callaway Gardens grounds...it is across the street in a neighborhood. If you rent a golf cart (which we did) you can not get onto the Callaway Garden grounds unless you get a resort key to enter through a tunnel. This was an inconvenience for our family since we only wanted to use a golf cart.

We loved the villa. It was spacious and had all the necessities. The fire pit was great for S'mores. It was comfortable, peaceful and perfect for spending family time, playing games, and watching Christmas movies. Right down the street from the Christmas festivities at Callaway. Even a small Christmas tree in the villa. Everyone loved staying there!

What a wonderful stay - and the spectacular weather didn't hurt. The accommodations were perfect. Spacious, homey, and very comfortable. Plenty of places for hanging out with friends or finding a quiet spot to read a book. Our host is a great communicator and responded quickly to all of our messages. Will def. stay again! -John

We enjoyed our stay at this Callaway mountain villa. The cabin was as advertised with ample room for our group. I also had excellent communication with the property owner. They were prompt and courteous in all responses.
